We had a hose leak from our hot water heater, the guy came and fixed it and while he was here he was trying to up sell us on everything then he leaves without even making sure the hot water heater worked which it didn't. We call the customer service line to explain to them our hot water heater still doesn't work and they told us there's nothing …”
“The job got done and I'm thankful for that but maybe 1 hour of labor a few plastic pieces of pipe that cost between $5 - $10 each from home depot and I was charged $350. I'd say since I was in a tight situation and needed it done right away so the technician used that to his advantage and charged me $350 for less then an hours work and some cheap plastic pipe.”
