Twice now we’ve had to call a plumber out to our house due to sewer mainline clogs. The plumber has snaked it properly and fixed it quick. Their response time is always within an hour, making them our go to emergency plumber.
Service was prompt and the repairman explained the condition of the sewer line in detail. Also, explained possible options for the future to prevent clogged drains in house. Overall, I was satisfied with their service and will call them again if needed.
They are amazing.. I called them in an emergency.. sewer back in my first floor. In 1 hour or less they were there working on it .. and got it fixed.. Amazing service and great price.. Definitely recommend them!!
Idk how this place has a 4.8 star rating, it's ran by a bunch of idiots. We had a hose leak from our hot water heater, the guy came and fixed it and while he was here he was trying to up sell us on everything then he leaves without even making sure the hot water heater worked which it didn't. We call the customer service line to explain to them our hot water heater still doesn't work and they told us there's nothing they can do because we are the ones who shut up off the hot water??? Huh??? Makes 0 sense. So I find the phone number to the guy that was here and call his cellphone for him to come back. He comes back and breaks the hose that he literally just fixed and gets water all over the basement and surprise! He still can't get the hot water heater back on 🙃 waste of time and money. Find someone else who actually cares and knows what they're doing.
The job got done and I'm thankful for that but maybe 1 hour of labor a few plastic pieces of pipe that cost between $5 - $10 each from home depot and I was charged $350. I'd say since I was in a tight situation and needed it done right away so the technician used that to his advantage and charged me $350 for less then an hours work and some cheap plastic pipe.
