These guys are the best choice out here, very quick in responding to my issue, job was done same day. I won't be calling anyone else. I had a septic tank backing up and was quoted for completely wrong jobs by other folks. I hope everyone is doing their research and homework before accepting the first quote.

After calling like 20 different plumbers & getting expensive estimates. I called Paul with City Plumbing. Same day service, fast & professional with a sense of humor!! Very, very affordable pricing! We highly Recommend & we will call City Plumbing for future Plumbing needs!

We had a water pipe leak at our cabin in the highland pines of Prescott. Manny and his crew responded quickly, arrived on time and we're extremely professional throughout the entire process. They recommended an upgrade and re-pipe that was completed on time and on budget. The entire project was done in just 2 days. They left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend City plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Worst plumbing experience EVER!!! After not showing up to the first appointment with no call or explanation, they showed up to second appointment several hours late. They sent kids that were unsupervised and did not speak English. Had the water turned off till 8pm at night. Replaced my high end shower valve and faucet with cheap fake plastic bottom of the line junk. All the pipes were loose in the walls. No caulking. Cross threaded screws. Everything is crooked. They left a 4 inch DRYWALL screw literally up against the pex hot water pipe. Removed 2x4s and drywall...all this and then left without explanation. Probably due to the language barrier?? Several weeks later I finally got ahold of the journey man who originally looked at the job and talked him into just replacing the junk valve/faucet that I had to purchase....and he completely flaked on me AGAIN!!! No call. No explanation. I'm DONE with City Plumbing. They are not allowed at my house ever! So disappointed in their AWFUL and unprofessional service. What joke...

Plumber came out to the house an unclog the toilet. I guess he didn't get it all cleared. Renters called later that day an said toilet it clogged again. I called the plumber an they said they warned the renters to be careful cuz it is old. The plumber said if I go out it will be another charge. I guess the don't stand behind their work. Would never use them again

What started as a call to clear out a slow draining main line began the discovery of very badly designed and assembled drain piping in my home. The previous owners literally duct taped drain pipes together and buried them! I ended up with all brand new drain lines from under my house all the way to the septic. Paul and his crew kept me informed, were polite, provided options, and were not pushy. The new plumbing looks so clean and tidy and is smartly designed. They spent four days at my place making sure the job was done right. I couldn't be happier with my new plumbing and am pleased to have called City Plumbing and Rooter. Job very well done, gentlemen. Worth every penny. Special shout out to Isaac for his professionalism and consideration when he needed to be let into my home to flip a breaker while I was gone.

I called Briggs Plumbing & Rooter to replace a leaking Water Supply Valve for the hot water under my kitchen sink on a Friday at 10:03 AM and left a detailed message. They returned my call in less than a half hour indicating they had an opening between 2:00 & 4:00PM. Briggs arrived at 12:05. He replaced all four of the water valves under my kitchen sink. Hot & Cold water, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator Ice maker. The work was completed in less than an hour. It could have been quicker if my three dogs were not helping him. Dolly our three month old Miniature Dachshund was particularly 'helpful'. His work ethic and professionalism is first rate. I highly recommend Briggs Plumbing and Rooter. Oh, did I mention his bill was under $175 for parts and labor? Yes it was

I have used Briggs Plumbing a few times in the past and always had great service. This last time was no exception. Recently we had a severe leak in our shower and Briggs Plumbing came out to fix it. He took it all apart and tried to fix the problem. He determined that the flow regulator was defective. He knew that I had just replaced that regulator myself so he told my wife that if I just got a new one and changed them out it would be fixed. He said he didn't want to charge us for something we could easily fix on our own. He left without charging us a cent. That is the way business should be done. Honest, ethical and caring. Thank you Briggs Plumbing.

Both our toilets were non functioning! After calling Goettls Plumbing on a Monday night, setting an appointment with them for Tuesday afternoon, in which case nobody showed up, or called! I called them to find out what happened only to learn that they switched my appointment for the following day, without calling me! ( 2 full days without toilets?) We decided to call City Plumbing and Rooters! They had someone out within a half hour, and the toilets functioning within an hour and a half! I will definitely be using City Plumbing for future projects, and strongly recommend them! The technicians were very polite, efficient and very informative!

Originally thought the work done was done in a way that looks professional, with quality materials and seams. Previously noted that they had inadvertently forgot to turn the valve back. One brass part subsequently leaked (witnessed by several). While looking at how to address the issue, two others suggested I ask City Plumbing about additional work to safeguard against the harsh winters in my area. But the owner got so defensive about it, he wouldn't even talk to me. Just kept texting (like over a half hours worth) trying to ascertain the issue - all while I was in meetings with others. So, I now have to give the work to someone else.

City Plumbing and Rooter came to my home today for a slow draining kitchen sink. While I knew this was a small project, our technician made sure everything was cleaned out and running properly throughout our home, even checking our main sewer line for proper waste water disposal. I did ask for an opinion on a slow filling toilet which he was happy to look at and he made an adjustment to the fill valve to solve this problem. I would not hesitate to use City Plumbing and Rooter in the future, and will pass on their information to any other friend or neighbor needing any plumbing issues repaired.

Showed up 20 minutes late... no problem. He came out and told me that the (city required) waste water backup valves on the market all have problems creating a backup into the home. He loosened a thumb screw pulled it out charging an additional $11 for a total of $98.50 for a 30 second job. While he did snake the line (finding nothing). I would prefer a business that would suggest pulling the valve first to see if the backup goes away before coming out and charging you $100 for snaking the lines when it was not needed. Lessoned learned.

Andy was on a call next door to us when we were suddenly confronted with an emergency plumbing problem, and as he was getting into his truck to leave, I rushed over to find out if he could come over and take a look at our problem. He didn't even hesitate. Once he saw what the problem was, he had it fixed in no time! I am so happy and grateful for the great customer service he provided and plan to call this company again for some other repairs we are going to be doing in the future. My water softener pipe starting leaking a few days ago and I could not find a plumber in the valley available to come check it out. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to turn off any valve to it so the only way to stop the leak was to turn off water to the house. I called City Plumbing and Rooter and Andy and Zach came down same day and worked until I had a fully functional water softener again. They were efficient and affordable and the fact they came ASAP is why I will be using them for my property going forward.
