Cinch Mechanical is awesome! They’ve been so easy to work with, flexible, and available for everything I’ve ever needed. I’ve used them for everything from snaking clogged drains/pipes, replacing hot water heaters, and septic related things, in multiple homes. Highly recommend!

The technicians at Cinch Mechanical are excellent! Over the past four years, I’ve had several of them provide service in my home. They have completely replaced my sewage line from my upstairs bathroom to the foundation. They have also replaced toilets and they’re coming out to replace a tub on 12/29. Everyone that I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, patient, courteous, honest, transparent, and respectful. They truly are a model business. I am so grateful to have Cinch Mechanical as a resource that I can depend on year after year.

This company was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Not only did they fail to complete the job, but the work they did finish still had issues and potential for leaks. When I pointed this out, instead of addressing the problem, I was accused of “nitpicking.” The truth is, I was simply expecting them to finish the job properly and fix what they had already damaged during their first visit. To make matters worse, the front office staff — particularly Jeanie — was shockingly rude. She raised her voice at me multiple times and spoke to me like I was the problem for asking reasonable questions. Rather than taking any accountability, they constantly blame the customer and even get defensive if you give them anything less than a perfect rating. It’s clear they care more about their online image than the quality of their work or how they treat people. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want unfinished work, poor communication, and a lot of unnecessary stress.

The Cinch Mechanical team came through my bathroom renovation and didn’t an excellent job installing a freestanding tub. The only crew I allow into my house or rental.
