Great Service. Like that you get a photo of the arriving technician, Brandon Smith. Brandon very knowledgeable about what could be going on with my water pressure and he was right. Appreciate this company's service and honesty. Will recommend this Company to friends and family.
Brandon is a great guy. Very professional and accommodating. He worked with me on the pricing for the plumbing job he did which was reasonable and fair. I have used the Christian Company for both Plumbing and HVAC jobs and have been happy with the quality service and their fair pricing. The service personnel who have come to my home have always been friendly, respectful and professional people. I will always use Christian Company.
Great experience with employee Brandon Smith and Christian Home heating in general! Love the communication between corporate office to the customer regarding appointments and arrival times. Brandon very knowledgeable in his field and very professional and respectful. Will Recommend friends and neighbors for any heating plumbing, etc. issues.
Christian in general is terrific and Brandon was amazing. I called this morning about a toilet that probably should have been replaced 6 months ago, but waited until a cold miserable Friday to die. They are so accommodating and sent Brandon over before noon. Brandon was terrific, explained what he was doing and even went above and beyond to get everything working. Oh - and the toilet is on the 3rd floor and the shutoff valve is in the basement, so he definitely got his steps in. Great guy with a great attitude. I definitely recommend him and will request him next time I need a plumber.
My experience with Christian plumbing was phenomenal! From beginning to end the customer service I received was amazing. I had my whole house repiped along with a few other plumbing issues done and Justin and Ricky exceeded my expectations ! Justin is very thorough at his craft and takes great pride in his work!! Very polite and answered every question I had. Ricky was awesome and very polite as well!!! Such a great team !!! The estimate I received was great as well !! I finally found a great company and plumbing team !!!! A very satisfied customer! Christina
