I chose this business after my previous one ghosted me. I looked at the 4.9 rating and 1k+ reviews in disbelief until I called them. A human answered on the second ring and she was super friendly, helpful and made me want to do business with them. She could have scheduled me for that afternoon but I waived off until the next business day. I got a text when my tech was on the way. He showed up within a few minutes of the scheduled arrival. He was ALSO friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what it was and how much it would cost ahead of time. He scheduled to come back do the repair the next day. He came back AGAIN ON TIME and efficiently repaired the system, tested it thoroughly and explained everything he had done. We paid the bill conveniently on the spot and signed up for the yearly service. Happy to have this quality business just 2 miles down the road and highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or repair. I only dealt with 2 people but I was impressed with both of them and their customer service.

Great prices and service, honest and reliable. Called before the snowstorm. Matt helped to get our furnace working. Told us what part needed ordered and he was back two days later to fix it (even with the weather still not great). He was in and out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Matt!

I want to thank Comfort Choice for coming out to fix our MrCool. When no one else would come look at it or have anything good to say about it. When we have had it for almost 6 years with no problems. The service tech got ahold of Mrcool and they sent a new unit out free of cost we only paid for shipping. I don' think you will find another company with that kind of warranty. Thank you again and we be recommending Choice Comfort for any Hvac repairs.

This team came out to give us an estimate, options with a clear idea of the cost for each, and availability in the following two weeks to come back and do the work. When Shaun came to install our new boiler pump, he told me he’d done work on the boiler earlier this year, and installed a part on it a few years ago. He was familiar with what needed to be done, and put in the time to make sure everything was working as it should be before he left. Best part is the estimate we were given was the exact price we paid. It gives us confidence that this company is locally owned, and should we need additional work in the future, I appreciate knowing that because they have done work on our system in the past, they know how to fix it. Money well spent.

I can’t say enough about Comfort Choice. If I could give more than five stars, I would do it without question. It’s worth having a A contract for inspection and maintenance without a doubt. Above all this, I can’t say enough about the Professionalism and kindness of all the staff members. Specifically, Jill (office Admin), Mike (sales) Josh ( tech) and all the other staff that have serviced us throughout the years. They have all gone above and beyond with service and the one on one personal contact that they offer with each customer is rare with other companies any more. Pricing is reasonable & I feel I am receiving an honest quote.
