Nick Flores of Choice City Plumbing helped us with a basement remodel addition of a bar, laundry hook ups, and a switch from gas to heat pump hot water heater. He showed up on time, and provided prompt complete communications. The work was well installed as well as beautiful. He had several creative solutions that saved us a lot of time and money. The inspector and subsequent plumbing professionals who have viewed his work all were impressed. As a person who buys semi-distressed homes, lives in them, and fixes them, Nick is one of the best plumbers I've worked with. Nick is great to work with, smart and kind.

I am a little late with this review but wanted to say Nick did an Excellent job of at our Condo Complex. We hired Nick to clean out 21 pipes leading from a condo building to the center of the street main sewer line. Nick came in with a fair price, but during the work found one of the pipes was broken. Nick provided video of the broken pipe to allow us to make a decision to hire him to also dig up and repair the pipe. Nick stayed on the job and completed the entire project, and our Condo Board was very satisfied with his entire job.

Nick was everything you want in a plumber: professional, prompt, kind, honest, and he did a great job. Great attention to detail. I'm happy a found him. It's great to support a small, local business. Definitely more trustworthy than these national chain businesses that have coupons and offer deals that actually end up costing you more. You also tend to get less personal service, and those businesses clearly don't care about you. Nick's doing it right. Do a great job and you'll have customers for life!

We had Nick out on multiple occasions for plumbing repairs. One of the repairs was through our insurance. Nick communicated with them for us and promptly provided all information they needed. Because of this our repair was quickly approved by our insurance and an issue that could have been a disaster was handled with ease. Nick is always professional, prompt, and provides great work at a fair price. If you need plumbing work done, Nick at Choice City is the plumber you want to call.

This morning I woke up to a water leak in the basement. After calling several companies, I was finally able to speak with a person. If I could, I would give this company 10+ stars. They promptly came out on a Saturday morning, were very personable yet professional, no surprises, and reasonably priced! Clearly the tech, Nick Flores knew what he was doing! I highly recommend Choice City Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Call them, you won't be sorry!

Nick is the BEST plumber I've ever encountered and I've remodeled several homes and work in the real estate industry so I've seen a lot of plumbing work. He is trustworthy and will tell you his honest opinion, fair when pricing jobs and always on time and professional. He just did a re-plumb for our new primary bathroom and was able to get everything I wanted done in 1 day so we could stay on schedule with the contractor. I highly recommend Nick and Choice City plumbing!!!!!

We called Nick on a Saturday with a clogged floor drain. He responded quickly and was able to be at our home within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He solved the issue quickly and with a minimum of fuss, leaving the workspace clean and tidy, all at a very reasonable price! Further, he was very patient with our questions about next steps and options. We have booked him for further work and will be giving his name to our friends and neighbors!

Nick has provided consistently excellent service. He is honest, efficient, and transparent. He performs what is needed, makes sound recommendations and does not try to “sell you” on something you do not need. One of the best we have ever worked with in the plumbing industry. My water heater broke a few days ago, we called Choice City plumbing and right away they were able to get us an appointment to install a new water heater. Nicks work was outstanding he is a professional and was able to explain everything he was doing step by step. We are very happy with his work and will definitely call him for future work if we need! Nick is great to work with! Very humble and does great work! This morning I had a leak in the house after he had done some work on our pipes. He responded and showed up within in the hour and got our issue under control! Turns out the work he had done was in ship shape. One of my old washer lines had a leak and he diagnosed the problem within 5 mins. Great people and great plumbing! Thanks Nick!

Call Nick, he is great! We needed a main water shutoff valve replaced that was complicated by being interconnected to the other 3 units in the 4 plex-Nick had a solution! His price was markedly better than 2 other quotes. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, completed the job, cleaned up and moved a clothes dryer back in place for me.

Nick Flores has performed several plumbing additions in our home; including outdoor spickets , shower pan replacement and most recently a dishwasher installation. Nick is professional and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable as he is a master plumber. We highly recommend Mr Flores and he’s our first call when plumbing is required.

Nick came out for an emergency problem. He got us into his busy schedule. While he was here he also fixed our shut off valve to possibly avoid future issues. He did not try to upsell us on any unnecessary installs. Unlike other service plumbers. As a retired plumber, I highly recommend Choice City Plumbing.
