Chicago Home Plumber Tech PSD

I found out on a Friday afternoon that I needed a plumber quickly to change out a gas valve so I could have a functioning stove. Other places said they could give me a quote on Monday. Tech PSD was able to give a quote over the phone based on pictures of the valve and had a team out a couple hours later. It was fast and done well. Thanks!

Very pleased with my experience with Tech PSD! I had a clogged sewer line in my home and had been recommended Tech PSD. I made a call in the morning and a crew was sent out the same day. Val helped out and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me like family and did a professional job. They came with all the tools they needed to get the job done and were clean. I appreciate their attention to detail and how they even sent me a video of the sewer line to ensure that the blockage had been properly remedied. I’ve used this service twice. First my technicians were David and Fernando. They worked diligently to find the solution to my problem. They came on short notice and didn’t leave until I could use my bathroom, kitchen, etc. Their job was not easy, but they were troubleshooting in real time and found the issue and how to solve it. The drain to the city was clogged and it was extremely difficult to find and blow past the main problem. They did right by me. The second time I used them my technicians were Val and Fernando. Again they came to my home on short notice to unclog the drain in the basin in my backyard. It had backed up into my basement. They were friendly, quick, professional, highly knowledgeable about my situation, and gave me a lot of perspective on what to expect after they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend their service again.
