I can't say how happy I was with Chi Plumbing's service! I had a plumbing issue as well as multiple sink/faucet and toilet issues. I called and Aleksandar (the owner) personally came the next morning and assured me the issues would be repaired in a short manner. He and his crew completed the job quickly, very clean and made us so relieved! What ever the fee was, I was open to paying it as Aleks and his team were very responsive and fixed the issues needed. I had the absolute worst experience with CHI Plumbing. They told me they were going to snake my main line, but instead they caused my water to overflow and flood inside my house. The mess was terrible. On top of that, the people at CHI were extremely rude and disrespectful the whole time. They didn’t finish the job, didn’t fix the problem, and still tried to charge me full price. They wouldn’t even give me a discount after they caused the flood. I will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Truly the worst service I’ve ever had. After everything the owner blocked me🤦🏽‍♂️ wow that’s chi plumbing for you and by the way chi plumbing are not licensed

I called this business after searching on Google Maps and it became a hidden gem. Even for a small job, Alex puts in the same amount of effort and care as if it were a big job. It's honestly hard to find an honest, hard working, good price contractors now a days and I'm glad I found one here. Like any small business, they work off referrals and repeat customers and I will surely be calling them going forward. Thank you.
