Randy was excellent! Arrived on time, inspected my leaks, and was a stand up guy. I always prefer to work local with a reliable person. Cherry Hill Plumbing will be my go-to for anything plumbing related now and into the future. 10/10 would recommend.
We’ve been working with Randy for several years, and he is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is consistently honest, reliable, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. His expertise and dedication make him a pleasure to work with.
Randy recently installed a new shut-off valve for my outdoor water faucet, to replace the old one that was no longer functioning. He also took care of a few smaller items during his visit. He did a thorough job at a reasonable price, in addition to being personable. He had previously taken care of various plumbing items at my mom's house, and she recommended him to me. And now I'll recommend him to anyone in the Cherry Hill area who is looking for a good plumber.
Called for an appointment for a water heater. No call no show. Sales guy shows up and instantly tried selling me new options without even taking tools out and looking at it. The guy said the tanks life is done. I was pissed. So I called around and saw on multiple different occasions that cherry hill plumbers leaves anonymous reviews on other companies websites. Avoid these scummy scammers. Avoid avoid avoid. Horrible experience start to finish with these people. I’ll never pay them a dollar again.
We got Randy's info from our neighbor and scheduled an appt after I tried to switch out our sink faucets which led to a leak. He was amazing and walked us through all of the steps/gave us advice on the best things to purchase since most of our materials are cheap/builder-grade. He fixed the leak problem and then also helped us with our sump pump that broke the night before our scheduled appt with him. 100% recommend Randy/Cherry Hill Plumbing. ---Elisa + Billy Houseman
