Highly recommend cherry blossom Plumbing. After seeing several recommendations on the next-door app I called and got same-day service for a leaking toilet. Our service tech John provided repair and replace options. We decided to replace the entire toilet. Their prices were very competitive and the job was done quickly and cleanly. John was pleased and answered all questions. Very pleased and would use them again.

I had prompt and excellent service from Cherry Blossom Plumbing. I had two toilet repairs and one leaky bathroom sink's faucets replaced. Charlie H., was bright and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and left the job complete and clean. Because I live in a high rise condo, I always ask a plumber to check my water heater - it will need to be replaced due to age, but there was no pressure to do that. I will use their service again. I know he's done other work in my building and the unit owners recommend Charlie.

We used this company because our water heater wasn't working well and we only had cold water at our hair salon. The company came out, said they 'repaired' the unit and did a flush on both units, charged us $1400 and left. A week later the same issue happened, so I called and they said they would come between 1-5pm on 12/30. I waited and waited until 5:15, I called and they said oh sorry the technician is still busy we can come Tuesday. First, I never received a call or text that they weren't coming until I called them. Very unprofessional. Then I said please I will stay after hours we are a salon and we are very busy for New Year's Eve as you can imagine. The call center rep said she would call the manager and have him call me. No call, no email. nothing. I had to get another company to come, pay $400 for after hours. The technician showed me pictures of the unit and what Cherry Blossom did. They left the cover of the heater completely off, the sensors had been disconnected and left that way, the pipes were no longer insulated and just copper filled with water all over dripping. He said they DEFINITELY didn't fix anything obviously and they left it a mess. I HIGHLY do not recommend this company.

very mixed experiences.... they first time I hired, it was a great experience. the 2nd time, the service quick and good..... it was harder because the technician was trying to sell me more than I needed. I needed to tell him 3x that did not want the extra service and, of course, expense. So my last. experience not good.. I needed a tub faucet repair. Tech provided a quote (actually 3 quotes). the most expensive option was pushed many times. I stuck with just the simple repair. Tech was pushing replacement, including ripping out a wall for access. He said he'd get the needed part and be back Monday. So Monday, no calls or text the the whole day. I cslled and sent 3 texts. got a response after 5pm.... "we can help you, but only with a replacement." I wrote back why and never heard back. I was a member and cancelled my membership explaining trust was an issue. the response, " sorry to hear. Have a good evening" buyer beware.... is was a shady experience with real explanation.

Awesome service. Sean was personable and a good conversationalist. After expressing concern for the price of removing clog and telling him the estimate I got from different company, he worked with me to get lower price by calling the office to find out how low they can go. Came back with a lower price and got the service done. Notified me I could get this reimbursed by building possibly since clog was in the main line so he will compile a detailed report. I know who to call if I ever have plumbing issue again! Edit: I requested to be emailed the invoice about 3 times and all times did not receive it. Neither main nor spam folder. Asked to be mailed the invoice and after a week still nothing. Very questionable customer service. Plus, the plumber apparently knew the clog was in the main line so he was supposed to stop since that's the responsibility of the building not me but he did it anyways and said the building should reimburse me. In reality, he was supposed to stop based on protocol and I needed to call the building so they can solve the issue. Now I have to not only get the invoice, which I'm having trouble with, but also have to go through the hassle of emailing building manager the invoice and explanation of situation. Even then it's not guaranteed that I will be reimbursed so this whole situation has been very unpleasant although the initial stages were pleasant so gonna have to knock my whole experience down to 4 stars. Edit 2: after posting the first edit someone in the company must have seen it and I was finally emailed the invoice. Good to see they pay attention.

Best Advice upfront Ask for their insurance information -do not allow Cherry Blossom to work on your home without it. The one star is for their first service of clearing a clog in our sewer line which was over priced and did not include the "complimentary scope" service they promised. The lack of further stars is due to the work they proceeded to do in replacing a section of our sewer line inside our home. The repair took over 5 hours to replace 3' of pipe. Upon completion Charlie left a mess in the crawl space, trash and extra pipe trimmings. 4 days later we discovered the repaired pipe was leaking sewage- the owner promptly repaired the pipe. He Offered to take care of the clean up and called a water mitigation company to remove the sewage damaged flooring and dry out the basement. During their repair they did further damage to our foundation which caused a huge flood. They assured me they would cover the cost. They refused to pay and are leaving us with a $5,000.00 bill from the water mitigation company and a basement missing half of the floor and baseboards. They are blaming us saying it was a failure of our sump-pump. We have had to repair the foundation $850, pay the Water mitigation company $5,000.00, and replace the flooring $4000.00. They are pretty trucks with a slick Ipad sales system to help them smooth talk you into over charged fees, excess services and non-delivered repairs. in the owner's own words... complimentary means they they have no obligation to deliver.

Exceptional Response Time and High-Quality Professional Service! I am extremely grateful for the professional service provided by Cherry Blossom Plumbing. I called at 10:30 AM yesterday, and the technician arrived by 4:00 PM—an impressive response time. I want to specifically commend the technician Matt who worked on our home. He was an incredibly hard-working and capable professional. After providing a thorough estimate and gathering the necessary materials, he worked continuously from late afternoon until after 9:00 PM to ensure everything was completed. He meticulously handled several complex issues identified in our Condo plumbing inspection: replacing corroded water lines above the water heater, installing a larger drain pan, replacing a toilet, and resealing the tub spouts and overflow plates in both bathrooms. While the cost of professional service is high, the investment is well worth it considering the company's rapid dispatch, the immediate resolution of our issues, and the technician's high level of accountability. For residents like us who must comply with Condo regulations before heading out for travel, this high-quality service provides immense peace of mind. Thank you again for your expert help!

I came home from vacation and there was a leak in my utility closet. I called Cherry Blossom Plumbing on a Saturday evening and Johnny came out to check the issue right away. Johnny was able to problem solve the issue and fix it in the same evening. He even ran out to get supplies and came back so it could be taken care of that evening. I live in a condo so leaks can be a huge issue! I definitely recommend Cherry Blossom Plumbing (and Johnny!). I also had my water heater replaced by Cherry Blossom Plumbing about six months ago. A flood detector was installed with my water heater. It makes a beep when water is detected. If it had not been going off when I got home, I would not have realized there was water leaking until it became is a huge issue.

Easy to schedule by text and the company is very responsive. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to install a backup water-powered sump pump at the same appointment as the initial consult which was great. He worked very hard and stayed into the evening to get it done that day, and was very responsive in taking care of a couple of follow-up issues. He also installed a pressure regulator on the main line and adjusted the house water pressure, and our shower pressure is now much stronger which is fantastic. I do have some concerns about holes drilled in the ceiling joists very close to existing holes and I may need to reinforce those joists, but some of that issue was pre-existing and the new work brought it to light.

I scheduled Cherry Blossom Plumbing for a multi-thousand-dollar planning job and arranged my weekend around a confirmed appointment. They canceled by text just one hour before the visit. No backup technician was offered. No apology. I replied immediately, asked if someone could still come that day, and received no response whatsoever. When I called, I was routed to an AI assistant -- no live person, no escalation, no follow-up. This company may look polished on the surface -- A+ BBB rating, decent website, automated systems -- but they are unreliable and unaccountable. If your time has value, and your project involves actual planning or coordination, look elsewhere.

Valentine, the Licensed Service Expert from Cherry Blossom Plumbing, was extremely professional and pleasant throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed our issues—the hot water in the bathroom faucet stopping when turned fully on, and a pipe supplying the garden spigot spraying water when the main valve was turned on—and clearly explained what was going wrong in both cases. We had a leak in our Jacuzzi tub upstairs that leaked into our downstairs kitchen. We had several people look at it, but none wanted to do the job . We were lucky enough to call Blossom Plumbing, and Jake came out to survey the situation. He let us know it was a complex job, but he would be able to do it, as long as he had access to the plumbing under the tub that required a good tile man to make an access panel. He recommended an excellent craftsman, and Jake completed the job beautifully will continue to call on Blossom and Jake for any further plumbing work in the future.

Valentine discovered major pipe corrosion during our annual maintenance check. Two days later he replaced all the copper piping which was badly corroded and ready to burst. He also checked all the plumbing on all four floors, made some minor repairs, and gave us some good maintenance tips. Excellent service from a top notch company with professional and skilled technical personnel as well as a competent front office staff who are excellent at scheduling and communication. All of our dealings with this company have been above and beyond.

Johnny from Cherry Blossom Plumbing was phenomenal. What started as a frustrating morning turned quickly into a helpful one once I called them. Johnny provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong and gave three options/plans for fixing it. After fixing the toilets, he demonstrated the fixes and explained again what he did. I am so happy I called Cherry Blossom plumbing. Plumbing issues are always frustrating, but my experience today was smooth and turned me into a lifelong customer. Thank you!
