Called Cherokee Plumbing again after a couple other really good experiences. They replaced my old bathroom pedestal sink with a new sink/vanity I had ordered. Will and Steven did a great job. They called on their way over, were very detailed in their work, kept me up to date on the progress. From setting up the appointment with Mary, talking about sink options with Will and Colin, to completing the project, it was all a very pleasant, friendly, and good experience. I have definitely found the company I can call "my plumbers". 😊👍 Highly recommend!!! Thank you again for your help. 6 months ago... My toilet was beginning to run on it's own and I was having to occasionally shut off the valve to get it to stop. I called Cherokee Plumbing and Will came out today to repair it. He was very polite and professional. He checked out the problem and gave me his recommendation and the cost before doing the work. He completed the job and double checked it before he left. I was planning on putting in a taller toilet in the future and he looked at the specs of the one I was interested in to make for sure it would work. He did a good job on the repair. I'll definitely be calling Cherokee Plumbing in the future. Mvto! 😊

Cherokee Plumbing has provided me with quality plumbing at competitive prices for years and the service I received today was no exception. Rudy was the embodiment of a professional. He was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. He accurately diagnosed the issue, explained the issue, told me what needed to be done and gave me a cost estimate. I approved Rudy’s proposal with the understanding sheetrock would likely have to be cut in order to reach the problem pressure regulator. Rudy worked efficiently making exceptionally neat cuts in the sheetrock requiring minimal cosmetic restoration. He at all times protected the carpet from debris and water. His excellent time utilization was reflected in the final cost being at the low end of his original estimate. The repair not only totally addressed the problem but he adjusted the whole house water pressure to a standard not previously enjoyed.

My toilets had clogged tight but it was more than that! In the attempts to clear the drain, they discovered I had a clean out! It had been buried about 3 ft and was right where previous owners had put the hot tub (they took with them)! WHO DOES THAT !!?!!?? Steven & Rudy dug out the clean out & back water valves & had to replace the very old broken valves. They cut pipes and added pipes setting it up as it should have been done. They worked hard & steady & did a good job! They were also friendly, polite, & respectful. Collin (owner) came out at one point & verified things were as they should be. It’s not fun to spend $ on plumbing but it is so good to know my clogged drain issues are resolved!

I love my plumber with Breco plumbing that he collaborated with Cherokee Hills plumbing and they saved me tons of money and did an excellent job. I just never seen two companies that go above and beyond like they do. Will and Rudy from Cherokee plumbing or absolutely so professional so courteous so nice and I knew they had my best interest . Bryan from Bryco plumbing Heat and Air was and has been awesome to work with for several years but this time we need a camera so I am so proud of Bryan working with them and collaborating on my defense. They’re awesome. Will and Rudy could not be more pleasant and then Bryan just takes the cake too.!

First time customer. Very impressed with Cherokee Plumbing & Heating’s knowledgeable, and personable crew. They are quick to communicate, willing to take time to explain problem solving approach, answer customers questions, and are respectful of customers property, both inside and out. Very glad a friend of ours recommended calling Cherokee Compliments to Mary, their office mgr, for quickly responding to my weekend voice mail request. New review post today, 7/16/2025. Another great couple of jobs done in one trip “diagnosed” by WILL a week or so ago. RUDY came today to replace a PRV & kitchen faucet. Loved my new faucet Rudy found~perfectly matched kitchen sink. Always impressed how these guys get the jobs done, clean & timely. Appreciate their honesty & care for the job. #1 for all my plumbing needs‼️ Was a bigger job than thought, but Will was great at explaining each step of the repair. He was patient with me & my questions & kept the cost within the original estimate!! Very respectful, too! Thanks, Will!

I’ve used Cherokee several times over the years and they’ve always done a fantastic job. I recently started a DIY bathroom remodel and need help with setting and plumbing a new bathtub. Unfortunately I first went with someone I found off of the Nextdoor app. That was a mistake I won’t make again. I called Cherokee to see if they could fix the mistakes and correctly plumb the tub. Within two days, Will and Patrick from Cherokee came and professionally installed the tub. Don’t make the same mistake I did, hire Cherokee and get it done correctly the first time.

I called Cherokee Plumbing at 9 am and Rudy and Steven came out that afternoon. They were really nice, respectful guys and diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater within 15 minutes and repaired it within the hour. They went to Locke Supply and got me a $300 part under warranty so all I was out was for the labor itself, and the price was reasonable. Do not leave plumbing work to handymen who may seem cheaper! Prior to this I had a “plumber” come out who claimed my hot water tank needed to be replaced. Use this company for quick effective results.

We had a variety of plumbing related jobs to be tackled and Cherokee Plumbing Heat and Air was referred to us for their quality, professionalism, reliability, and knowledge. Rudy and Ty did a fantastic job. Everything works just fine and they cleaned up after their work which was appreciated. We will be calling them again for another job to come and are grateful to have Cherokee Plumbing Heat and Air as a company we can rely on. Also, many thanks to Mary Moon and her kind way of managing all the messaging and order changes. She's a keeper!

We got back from work to a water bubble the size of a bowling ball on our office ceiling. Called Cherokee plumbing and they sent out Will to come fix the issue. This is our second time using Cherokee for our plumbing issues and we are customers for life. Both times they came out they’ve been open and honest about pricing and issues. Even giving us advice on what to try ourselves before trying anything more invasive/expensive. For this instance, Will was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Huge fan of this company!

Cherokee was super responsive and was able to get to me same day I called for service which was kind of an emergency when my shower wouldn't completely shut off. Can't say enough good things about Andy and Rudy. They were both very professional, kind and completed all the additional jobs I requested when they arrived. Andy was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and discussed all options and costs and explained everything so decisions were made easy. Thank you to Cherokee, Andy and Rudy. I had a leaking water heater in September. Jeremy from Cherokee Plumbing came out, inspected, grabbed parts, and repaired the issue that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Just this week, our water heater was leaking again. I called him first. He came back out, inspected the water heater. He tried to find a way to repair it to save us money. Unfortunately, it needed replacing. He replaced it that day at a surprisingly low price! Fast, knowledgeable, and amazing service that is trying to save me cash! SIGN ME UP.
