Shane from Chen Plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was A+ class quality and completed in a timely manner. Unlike some professionals, Shane had all the necessary supplies on the Van, gave the estimate and did all the work same day! Who can give deliverables better than that!🤯 Thank you again Shane, and thank you also Chen Plumbing

Dawson from Chen Plumbing came out and gave us a free estimate for replacing our electric water heater and then came back out to handle the installation. The overall experience was great- the Chen team was communicative, friendly and thorough. Dawson was friendly, welcomed questions and the installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend Dawson and Chen Plumbing.

He explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand exactly what was going on and how he would repair it. Polite, friendly. Update: I wanted to make sure I mentioned our plumber by name: Braulio and his apprentice (sorry, I forgot his name). They finished quickly and spent time afterwards basically helping me understand the bigger picture of how our plumbing worked. No man-spraining, just real talk. I will NEVER use anyone else.

I was disappointed with Chen Plumbing after reading so many great reviews. My 20-year-old water heater started leaking, so I called them out. The techs said my water pressure was extremely high at 110 psi, which surprised me because our original plumber had set it quite low. They checked the PRV at the crawlspace entrance and said PRVs need replacement every three years. They quoted $3,200 for a new water heater and PRV, or $3,000 with their "$19/month membership" - which they made sound like an obvious deal. The tech told me that if I adjusted the PRV myself, they would not warranty the water heater. Before leaving, the tech mentioned a $49 dispatch fee. I reminded him that someone from Chen had texted me saying there was no fee, and only then did he waive it. After they left, I checked the water pressure myself with my own gauge. It was just under 60 psi, which is ideal. And I learned that PRVs typically last 10 to 20 years. It seems like a lot of techs are under pressure to upsell people with pointless warranties. Edit: Chen plumbing did reach out to talk, but I was busy working with another company to get the water heater installed. Notably this new company set the ballast at 55 after checking our pressure levels and seeing it at just below 60. After telling him what happened that morning with Chen, the tech went into the crawl space and checked the PRV. It’s fine. (Also, they charge half what Chen would’ve to install a new PRV)

I discovered a small leak in our outside waterline (close to the curb). It was so small, it barely moved the meter. But, it needed to be fixed. Due to multiple expenses hitting me at once, I decided to try and fix it myself. I had already had the county out, and they showed me the leak. So, I knew where to dig. I purchased something that wrapped around the pipe and made it look like a mini mummy. Unfortunately, that fix did not work. After putting dirt back into the hole, I decided to attempt again. Dug the hole a bit wider and deeper. I could see a small drip from what looked like the plastic cap part connecting the hose to the pvc pipe. I dug even more and noticed it was t shaped. I discovered a round metal thing that I assumed was the setup for our sprinkler system. I realized it was too complicated. I tried to spray Flex Seal on the connecter. Went without water for 48 hrs so it could "cure". Turned the water back on and the leak was still there. I didn't want to destroy my system. After hours of labor and the misery of no water, I knew I needed a plumber. Especially, after I learned that it had to be done by a certified plumber. I had originally reached out to two plumbing companies prior to trying to do a fix. They didn't dig any further then what the county had. They gave me high quotes and overall unpleasant attitudes. I'm already spending money on an unexpected issue, at least be a bit pleasant. After making my pipe look mummified and having black paint looking stuff on the end, I was really afraid of contacting a plumber. I sent pics and video of the steps I'd taken along the way. I got some additional quotes. They weren't horribly priced. But, again, their customer service was severely lacking. I decided to research these companies. They were NOT good. I realize people write reviews more so when dissatisfied. But, I saw more one stars then 5 or 4 stars. And, one company only had one stars. Between that and their demeanor, I decided to keep looking. I managed to find AzerPlumb.LLC. Their reviews looked real and solid. I contacted them and spoke w/Cindy. She was very nice and communicated excellently. They even managed to squeeze me in the same day (it would've been the next day if not-so a Friday). I was told a plumber named Steve (Stevie) Aune would be out between 1-2 pm. I received a courtesy text, and tracking info, letting me know he was on his way at 12:45. It said he was 17 minutes away. Which worked great. Gave me enough time to meet him at the hole I'd dug. I was bracing myself for ridicule for my attempts at fixing it, and being talked down to (my husband was at work) because I am a woman. I was pleasantly surprised when Stevie greeted me. He seemed happy. Had a smile. That is something none of the other plumbers had. I showed him what had been done and my thought process in doing it. He didn't make fun of me. He treated me with respect. He explained what would need to be done. Mine was trickier then most because of the way the sprinkler system had been tied in. He showed me the valves and finished unearthing the what I thought was the sprinkler system. He showed me the cutoff valve that I didn't even know existed in it (then again, didn't even know it was there until I had dug up dirt to fix leak). Due to the weird way the sprinkler system was connected, it did make the price more. But, still reasonable. A home with a front and back working sprinkler system is worth so much more then the cost to make sure it was reconnected. Despite spending money I so desperately was trying not to spend, I am not just satisfied...I'm HAPPY!. My efforts may have seemed in vain but it lead me to a Plumbing company that does quality work with quality people at an affordable price. I'm deleting all other Plumbers from my phone. AzerPlumb will be getting my future business so I can have peace of mind. They are truly AWESOME! So grateful to them.

Not years, but, for decades, I have been looking for Azerplumb!! In my current home, I have had multiple companies out and have received sub par service. One company in Suwanee installed new toilets throughout and bolted them to the floor with four inch bolts--Yep, those little white caps were left on the floors. With the previous five plumbers who have been out over the years, I have taken diligent notes and nary a one ever asked me where the main valve within the house was located so that they could turn off the water supply. I have had plumbers go to the meter at the street and turn the water off. I have had those same plumbers leave without turning it back on, only to act like that was my responsibility. And folks, these were local, 5 star companies. This time, I had a fairly large project that would necessitate a plumber, an electrician and dryer vent specialist. Plumber first. And Nima arrived. He happens to be the owner of Azerplumb, and is perhaps the most knowledgeable and honest man in not just his field, but seemingly anything regarding the intricacies of home building in general. He thought outside of the box and didn't just start cutting holes in the walls. He showed the electrician what he had found within the walls to make his job easier. He spoke with the owner of the company that I work with for dryer vent installation and repair and offered a much easier solution for them to install vent. These were just suggestions, but everyone was intently listening and took his advice. He provided a rec for a drywall repairman/painter who was thinking out loud about how he could reduce costs. I accepted Nima's quote. I thought it was fair. But, when he completed the job today, he reduced the original quote by over $200 due to the fact that it was not as invasive a job as he originally thought. WHO DOES THIS?? When you call Azerplumb, you will speak with Cindy who has direct and constant contact with Nima and his crew. She relayed precisely all of my questions and concerns and is extraordinarily knowledgeable in her own right. The answers to everything that I posed were answered far more thoroughly than I could comprehend. I actually called AllGood Plumbing and was told that they are stepping away from the type of job that I was requesting and they very kindly referred Azerplumb. Shout out, too, to AllGood Plumbing for the referral. One last thing, to women and younger generations who are not familiar with the inner workings of how to reroute lines (properly), who do not know what the proper material is, or what the ever changing codes dictate for a particular plumbing project, and who want to be treated with with respect and dignity, call 678-750-2300. They have been permanently stored in my phone!

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Chris. I was dealing with what felt like a nightmare—a water leak under the concrete slab of my home. Unfortunately, the leak was the result of work done by a previous plumber who clearly did not know what he was doing. After talking to several plumbers, I was left feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of who to trust. Then I met Shawn and Chris. From the very first visit, they took the time to listen, inspect the issue, and explain everything in a way that made sense. They didn't try to rush me or sell me on a quick fix. Instead, they focused on finding the right solution and doing the job the right way. That honesty and confidence immediately gave me peace of mind. Today, they spent the day at my house repairing the leak and other various work. Their work ethic was incredible. They worked hard from morning until late in the evening, and throughout the process they kept me informed, explained what they were doing, and made sure every detail was handled properly. What impressed me most wasn't just their knowledge and skill—it was their character. They were respectful, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure the problem was fixed correctly. I can finally relax knowing my plumbing issues have been addressed properly. The stress and uncertainty I've been carrying are gone. That kind of peace of mind is priceless. A huge thank you to Shawn and Chris. Meeting the right people can make all the difference, and that's exactly how I feel about them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable plumbers who truly take pride in their work.

My water pressure regulator stopped working and the water in the house came to a trickle. I called Azerplumb and spoke to Meghan who to my dismay said they were completely booked through the rest of the week. After explaining my situation to her ska asked me to give her a few minutes to see if there was anything she could do to help me and my family. Twenty minutes later she called and said one of their technicians agreed to come by the house after he finished the last job he was on. OMG what a relief I felt when about 5:00 p.m. I see their truck pull into my driveway. Mina, the technician, came in introduced himself and immediately went to work on replacing the water regulator. When he was finished he pointed out that my water heater was leaking and that would probably be the next thing to go. He explained everything in detail, showed me why I had noticed a change in the water, answered all my questions with patience, knowledge and understanding. Mina is a gem! Excellent service, fast assessment of my situation, quality and value. A perfect ending to my day. You will not go wrong calling Azerplumb for all your water needs or concerns. They are a pleasure to do business with and with very reasonable prices. Connie B.

This is the 2nd project we have used Chen plumbing for and it went amazing. Cody is an excellent Technician and completed a very complicated and spatially constrained sewer line replacement at our house. He was respectful, knowledgeable and communicated great about the work he was doing. Due to some rain and some unforseen conditions, it took a little longer then expected, but Cody and Christian worked all day and late into the evening to try and get our house up and running again as a fast as possible. Cody also was responsive when I pointed out some areas of their work that could use an improvement, redoing a portion of the water line they were running because he agreed it didn't meet their standard of work. The price was very fair for the work they did and I 100% will be coming back to use Chen Plumbing and Cody if we have any more projects or emergencies. All in all, a 5/5 star experience. Do t be afraid to use Chen Plumbing for larger projects. They do a great job.

Azerplumb is a company which delivers excellent service to customers at a very reasonable price. Recently I had leaks in the water supply pipe to my house. Nima the owner explained to me the repair or replacement options, material choices and associated costs. He is an expert in this technical field, very professional, has very nice manners and is easy to talk with. His cost estimates are very reasonable. I decided to use his service to replace the supply pipe. He planned his timing to fit my schedule. When the day came, he and his team did a great job in getting a new pipe installed. In addition to the agreed-on scope of work, he fixed a few other issues free of charge: tightening the spigots to stop dripping, adding a better shut-off valve, even fixing a hidden gas leak! This company has far exceeded my expectations, and earned my full trust. I will use this company again any time without hesitation, and recommend it to anyone who needs plumbing service!

5/30/24 Cody Butts was our tech today to fix an old and malfunctioning toilet and to unclog two drains. Cody was on time, had all the necessary parts on the truck and he did a superb job of quickly and efficiently analyzing and resolving our problems. He is a super-nice young guy and clearly has the experience and expertise to solve whatever might be sent this way. Tim Chen hires experienced and customer-oriented staff and it shows each time we have needed plumbing help. Thanks to Cody and to Chen Plumbing! We used Tim Chen Plumbing again, this time to repair a leak and to unclog a drain. Once again, their work was excellent. As they have been in the past, Tim was very responsive and very responsible about being on time and keeping in touch. His two plumbers were on time and were super careful about cleanup. They showed us photos of the problems they discovered and the repairs that they made. Once again, we give Tim Chen Plumbing our highest rating!

My first experience with Chen plumbing was excellent. Super responsive. I did not feel ripped off like I do with so many big name plumbing companies. Chase was great. My confidence level was such that I am planning to schedule more work and feel I may have finally found a plumbing company I can refer to others. Speaking with the on-site technician Chase instilled further confidence due to his straight forward approach, honesty, and lack of trying to over sell me. So many of the Large well-known companies push their employees to hunt for other ways to make the company money whether it’s needed or not in the home. I was relieved that this was not a tactic employed by this locally own family run business, which is the type I cater to for that reason.

Tim and Oto from Chen Plumbing did a great job handling a leaking expansion tank and a high water pressure issue at my home. They clearly explained that my pressure was way too high (around 120 PSI), which caused the expansion tank to fail. Instead of trying to upsell a new water heater, they focused on fixing the real problem by replacing the pressure reducing valve and the expansion tank, then setting everything to a safe pressure. The work was professional, clean, and well explained. I appreciated that they took the time to answer questions and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable plumbers who do the job right, Tim and Oto are a solid team. I’d definitely use Chen Plumbing again.

Chen Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. It was a Sunday afternoon. The request for plumbing service was placed. Again ---- Sunday afternoon. The order was placed & confirmation received for a worker to be at our home Monday morning between 10:00 & 12:00. The worker was right on time. It took him just over 1/2 hour to fix the problem with our hot water heater. He was very professional and courteous. We absolutely recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. Oh, and by the way, the company we bought the hot water heater from had given us an estimate of $1,500. Chen's price was less than 1/3 of that.

We had an underground pipe issue that left us without water for days, and Chen plumbing was the only one able to step in and actually get the job done quickly. From the estimate to the repair process, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Shane Silva was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about helping us during a stressful situation — even coming out on the weekend to make sure we had water again. Other plumbing companies weren’t able to fix the issue right away, but Shane handled it efficiently and professionally. We’re extremely grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them!
