Very responsive even over a holiday weekend; the plumber that arrived was super professional; identified the problem as something less complicated than originally thought, so saved us hundreds of dollars but applying a simpler fix. Quick, efficient, courteous. They are great people to deal with.

I recommend building a relationship with your plumber / plumbing company. Plumbing needs can be unpredictable. Chase is reliable. We’ve been customers for 20+ years. Shout out to Chase! We just had an exterior faucet moved to a safe access point (previous hose attachment was strangely above garage door). We are very happy with the well thought relocation of our backyard watering needs access. Should have requested the service years ago. Happy it’s done!

Scheduling the work was an absolute breeze. I had a long list of plumbing issues, and every concern was thoroughly addressed. The plumbers arrived on time for both visits, were professional throughout, and took the time to explain the work they completed. They also left everything clean and tidy when they were done, which I really appreciated. The first visit included installing new faucets, repairing a toilet, fixing a shower valve, and clearing a tub drain. On the second visit, they replaced a major pipe in my downstairs bathroom. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the workmanship and overall experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I'm writing this review to praise the expertise and professionalism of Chase Plumbing and owner Ian, even though I ended up going with another provider. I did an extensive search across highly-rated plumbers for my replacement heating system job. I felt very well treated by Chase Plumbing throughout the estimating process, and their communication was excellent. If you have a big plumbing job and you want someone who will take the time to understand your questions and priorities, I highly recommend calling Chase.

I usually don't do reviews, but Chase Plumbing has earned an excellent one. Have called them many times for Plumbing problems including today. They have always been accommodating, responsive, quick & efficient and their prices are reasonable. Can't recommend them highly enough!
