I have their preventive maintenance plan for years.And they have done an excellent job at servicing by hvac system , always wonderful encounters , polite , thorough explaining things. They're on time and flexible. Excellent experience with a very good company
Have been using Goering for several years to do whole house plumbing repairs and updating as well as hvac work for houses that I completely refurb. Some Contractors wont even touch these types of projects as they might involve older homes with lathe/plaster and hardened joists. They always take on the challenges ! From replacing stop boxes to vanity installs they do it all
Unfortunately, our experience with Chas W. Goering Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has been very frustrating and disappointing. They have been out to our home a total of three times, and we are still dealing with unresolved issues regarding the air conditioner. We were told the leak was fixed, but that turned out to be incorrect. We were also told the A-coil was not leaking, which also ended up being incorrect. Even after multiple visits, the air still was not blowing as cold as it should have been, and the heater pipes were not placed on the correct side of the building either. In addition to the ongoing repair issues, there were remarks made to a coworker that we have on camera regarding the location of our home that people would steal in the area, we felt were unnecessary and unprofessional. We also had to deal with the discomfort of the home being hot while waiting for the same issues to be addressed repeatedly. They were also responsible for installing a brand-new furnace, and unfortunately, that job was left extremely dirty. I do have photos documenting the condition that was left behind. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the repeated visits, lack of proper resolution, and overall experience have been very disappointing. I would really like to see the company take accountability, communicate clearly, and make this situation right. make professional!
I took leave to go see my family for Christmas caused I am stationed in Virginia and today I had to hear this interaction. The woman in the video is my mom. This company came out to fix a leak behind the washer. In the process of them making the repair the left some dents on top (very minute) but this washer was brand new from bestbuy, installed the day prior. We had called them and brought this to their attention and they bring Kevin the GM. The loud bang in the video was him throwing his phone on our washer to "prove a point". Overall, this interaction was very rude and belittling. They failed to take accountability. Would not recommend this company for anything. I also included the video where one of the gentlemen use the washer to lean on and place tools on top. I do not think they did it intentionally but the way the GM took care of it was really disappointing and rude.
