We can’t recommend this place enough! A technician arrived less than 2 hours after I called to figure out what was causing our drainage issues. Our technician, Justin, was personable, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and updated us through each step along the way. Unfortunately, we ended up having tree roots in our drains. Justin was able to clear all of them out and provided us with recommendations to prevent them from growing back. He completed the job in a timely manner and even took the extra step to sanitize the bathroom he worked in and our door handles. It was a very kind gesture and our bathroom looked as if a toilet had never been ripped up!

William came out to give an estimate on replacing a traditional hot water tank with a tankless unit. He gave us good information that I hadn’t considered and we have a plan that will work nicely. We look forward to working with his company and will surely review the finished job.

I have to say a big shout out and thank you to Rita in the office! She was super knowledgeable almost like talking to a technician. I’ve never experienced anything like it when I called to book an appointment I needed a thorough camera scoping of my drain as she patient patiently listened to my story with two of other previous Plumbing companies. One of them had a camera that couldn’t record so I couldn’t get a video of my line. The first one wanted to run a huge demolition through my bedroom and jackhammer out the foundation to get to the pipe to repair it all 120 feet of remaining replacing the main line demolishing concrete in my driveway and everything $28,000 . they told me it was holding water, but it was my renters flushing the toilets as they’re running their cameras through. Why were they not smart enough to tell me to tell everyone not to flush their toilets while we’re scoping the drain.. thank goodness for an honest Plumber and Company! And Rita!♥️❤️🩷 PS Justin talked to me about other possibilities down the road when I will be ready to put a pipe liner in the pipe or several other options. When the time comes I will definitely call them. They have earned a long lifetime Customer.!!!! This will go on my Facebook page for others to see! If you are not sure about hiring the right plumber, hire these guys. I have several businesses and rentals in the area. Had a complex project to find a gas leak. After several plumbers taking a look and trying to upsell me on things I didn't need I found these guys. First positive sign was when I called the business answered and not some outsourced call center. This was great because I was able to tell her my exact concerns so we didn't waste time. Will came in and was open and honest about pricing and what is needed. Ended up doing the job half the price of what two other competitors quoted. This is my plumber now. Couldn't be happier with their work.

Our apartment is in the Charleston Historic District in a Historic Home with retro-fitted plumbing. We were grateful that you were able to quickly schedule an appointment for us. Your technician (Sean) was very professional, and polite. He was able to effectively diagnose the problem, repair the broken valve and replace the worn out faucet all on a, typically busy downtown, Friday.
