We had nothing but a great experience! We had all the plumbing for a brand new bathroom installed through Central Plumbing. Incredibly professional and very kind from start to finish! Quick and efficient once we got the contact signed. Very helpful in the planning process as well- gave us good ideas for the best layout and we now have a beautiful master bath! Thanks so much guys.

First of all I take no joy in writing a poor review ever! This is disappointing on many levels. My Husband and I enlisted the services of Central Plumbing to repair a broken tub pipe in our secondary bathroom. We had purchased brand new hardware and the Plumber who was sent to our home said there was no issue with using what we had bought for the job. Unfortunately the installation was done improperly. The faucet hung out quite a bit from the wall with a large gap. It was also quite loose and even fell off of the pipe when my kids went to take a shower. The tub and shower unit were still unusable after Central Plumbing’s visit. After a phone call to their office they were reluctant to send a second plumber to our home and repair what their tradesmen had done, since they were busy. However their office staff was kind, and somehow they were able to get someone out to us in a timely fashion despite their demanding schedule. That was thoughtful! The second Central Plumbing Plumber agreed the “handiwork” of the first job was done improperly and he couldn’t make heads or tails as to why the tradesmen before him had done what he did. The new Plumber then asked how old the installed spout was? “Brand new from the package.” I responded. I was surprised since that was suppose to be written up in our work order I was told? The second Plumber did end up having to use different hardware from his truck since the one we purchased wouldn’t work for the pipe that had been installed by the previous Central Plumbing Plumber. He was able to get the different hardware to fit properly so the tub/ shower unit could be used again. Great!! We have six people in our family so one shower for everyone is a busy bathroom - we were happy to have two back in working order. However that faucet no longer has hot water to it but after all the difficulty Central Plumbing had with getting a faucet installed properly we weren’t going to chance calling again. We’ve decided lukewarm showers and baths are bearable after all the headache hiring a plumber from this company had been. So here’s the final kicker: Central Plumbing sent us a second bill for their second service call! To correct their initial work which cost $192 to still not have a working bathroom, and wasted our brand new hardware, now they’re charging our family an additional $132 for coming back out to our home to *fix their own mistakes*? Ouch! Someone mentioned in a previous review that CP is pricey… that’s an understatement! Being charged for a second service call because they can’t get the job done right the first time which cost time enough as it was, that’s just a lack of integrity and a disappointing service practice really. Sounds like a few people have been happier with this company. I wonder how many have gone through what our family has but didn’t mention anything because it’s always disappointing and takes up even more time to write a bad review on someone? I’m always glad to pass along the names of great local companies that represent small business and trade work well but listen: keep this company out of your contact list. They charged us double, caused more trouble, and look at all the time they took up to do it? I wish I could have said they were awesome. They were really nice people to talk to so there’s that. Friend, I hope you have better luck finding dependable and honest help out there than we did here. Regards: Double for More Trouble

I am a builder who has used Central Plumbing consistently for about 24 years. I have always had a good experience, been treated fairly, and enjoy that they treat my clients with respect and follow up well if ever there is an "after the sale" need that arrises. Both the office staff and field staff are extremely knowledgeable. At this point in my career I rarely even ask Patti for a cost before I have them work for me. I know what good service looks like, and what it cost to provide it. They never let me down. My team of highly experienced Carpenters enjoys working with their well seasoned team of Plumbers. I suspect you would too.
