Jordan and Bryan are awesome! They diagnosed and replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. They even came out on a holiday within a few hours of our call. Would recommend! Thank you!
If you are need of any type of plumbing services look no further than CDS Plumbing Services! While I was at work, my wife called and said our water heater was leaking. I reached out to a few company’s and CDS was able to get there within just a couple of hours, they installed the new water heater that day, AND they had the BEST PRICE! Their plumbers were very nice and even cleaned up the mess in the garage where the water heater leaked. The price included everything and was very reasonable. Thank you CDS!!!
Had a great experience with these guys! Josh came out on time and was able to figure out my issue quickly. He was able to do the repair same day and I was very happy with the work!
Complete rip-off!!! My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin "the owner" that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night. The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?! So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the "owner" and asked "hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. "Oh man I wish I could!" So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't. So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.
Do one star or less the guy came and looked at it didn’t wanna work on. It tried to sell me re-pipe in my whole house. I had another guy come fix it in 40 minutes.
CDS Plumbing is a nightmare. Be ready to manage your own project, check their progress, and call many times wondering why they are destroying your house. While they replaced our sewage line and it works, everything else was disastrous. I have much more to share and extensive video evidence showing their complete disregard for our home, but Google Reviews won’t accept videos and has a maximum character count which I clearly met. What they did right: - Replaced the entire sewage line at a fair price. - Plumbing has worked so far. What went wrong: - Workers left doors/windows open with the A/C running. - Trash and debris were left everywhere; we had to clean it ourselves. - Cracked bathroom tiles. - Dirt and debris from floor work piled onto living room floors with no protection. - Concrete splattered on baseboards and flooring, causing permanent damage. The concrete work after plumbing was done by a different company. It was so uneven that floors and laundry room couldn’t be finished. CDS “fixed” it by bringing the same company back, who sanded everything with zero protection. Our entire home was coated in concrete dust on ALL surfaces—furniture, vents, cabinets, clothes, dishes, pantry items, you name it. Cleanup was brutal. Six family members spent four full days moving out our home, cleaning everything off-site, laundering clothes and bedding, and washing dishes elsewhere. CDS only sent 4–5 cleaners who were reluctant and limited; the cleaning company confirmed CDS minimized staff and refused additional help. After moving back in, concrete dust continued to come through our air vents and settle on our belongings. Given that I have two children, I requested professional air duct cleaning due to health concerns. The owner was again rude and reluctant. We never asked for reimbursement for housing, utility costs, or the extra week displaced. Even so, CDS resisted. Dust continued to come through vents, forcing professional air duct cleaning for health reasons. The owner was rude, dismissive, and at one point said he would “not spend another penny,” showing zero concern for our safety or family. Additional issues: - A worker failed to reconnect a pipe, flooding our laundry room. - Bathroom vanity measured incorrectly and is off-center. - Laundry room vanity installed at an angle; sink leans forward and won’t drain. - I repeatedly had to inspect the home and property to find unfinished work and leftover debris, requiring multiple return visits. - Workers smoked marijuana in our backyard twice. Final thoughts: Plumbing works, but everything else was handled with zero professionalism. Damage to our home, unsafe conditions, poor workmanship, and dismissive ownership made this extremely stressful. Avoid CDS Plumbing if you value your home, health, or peace of mind. Pic 9: Dust everywhere throughout the home. Pic 10: Pantry emptied and cleaned. Pic 11: Closet dust; workers questioned if cleaning was needed. We are a local assisted living who had been functioning off of a private well for many years. After the major hurricane last year, we were experiencing a ton of problems with the well pumping clay/orange sand into our pipes in the facility. We had to replace a very expensive washing machine and dishwasher because of the failing well. We looked into the possibility of hooking up to the county water. We knew it was going to be a pretty penny, but could not afford to keep replacing appliances and fixing the well would have been just as expensive. After four quotes from four reputable plumbing services, we chose CDS Plumbing and Justin the amazing owner to take the job. There were bumps and hurdles with the county and he made the entire process as smooth as possible. He spoke for us, made the moves for us, got the job DONE for us. We had pushback from the county and he assured us that we can get over the humps and we did. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely humble, patient and confident. That is what we needed because we were extremely frustrated with the failing well And the everyday surprises it was bringing. He was the most affordable, most knowledgeable out of the four quotes we had gotten and we were confident about using CDS plumbing for this major job. They had to dig up the street and dig up the property to lay down the appropriate piping/meters. CDS made us feel like we were top notch, high priority, like we were a grand hotel. Every person on his team was nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable with any questions that we had. Once the job was finished we had clean pipes throughout the facility, major water pressure 🙌and priceless confidence that we can just relax and get this off of our shoulders. I absolutely will be using CDS to hook up to sewer in the future. There will be no other options. We thank you so much Justin and your whole team for the amazing work you’ve done. They even came back and checked on us four different times to make sure everything was running properly Without provoking. We thank you and we’re so blessed to have you in our city to be able to call on for our Plumbing needs. Justin had the permits we needed as quick as lightning and the certificate of completion in hand after the inspections were done. Extremely highly recommended, please don’t do yourself a disservice, call Justin!!! It’s been a few months since the project completion and we’re still happy and going strong. He will always be our go to plumber for our personal and business needs. Thank you, Jessica
CDS was hired in January 2026 to remove and reinstall hot water heater and drain pan after mold remediation. After reinstalling hot water heater and drain pan on Friday, we awoke on Sunday to water seeping through the 2 year old newly installed wood flooring. We called on that Sunday and they sent out their plumber, Henry. He said water was not draining through the drain hole. Water was coming from condensation from the A/C unit. Henry said flooring needs to be pulled up and drain pan needs to be installed properly as it was the cause of the flooding. I talked to CDS manager and they called a Restoration service to come and dry out the flooding. Protegrity Restoration arrived that day with 6 fans and an industrial dehumidifier and says flooring needs to be removed to dry the concrete and insure no mold. On Monday I talked to Justin Cook, the owner and explained the problem per his plumber and the Protegrity recommendations. He said he would send his handymen to pull up flooring to totally dry.If handymen unable to reinstall, CDS will hire a flooring pro to do the job.The handymen sent by Justin said almost entire floor needs to be pulled up to properly dry. Justin is also sending Josh(the original plumber) to pull out the HW heater and drain pan and reinstall properly. We hired original floor installers to do the job. They said not all the flooring needs to be removed. Told Justin this and he said to send him the invoices when job is done. Final invoice amounted to $2650 for labor and $360 for materials and now Justin says he will not pay that as this was only a $600 job. I told him I felt that since it was his plumber who caused the damage, it doesn't matter the cost. His company should be responsible. My final conversation with Justin, he says he will not pay for the damage. I mentioned my only recourse is to talk to a lawyer. He became nasty and hung up on me. So, bottom line is that this company seemed concerned about doing a good job, but when things went wrong, they were not willing to back up their earlier promises.
I cannot say enough great things about CDS Plumbing Services. From the very first phone call to the completion of the job, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. They were quick to respond, scheduled the appointment promptly, and showed up exactly when they said they would. That alone already sets them apart from many companies. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced. They took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was going on, and walk me through the options before starting any work. I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were — no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward recommendations and fair pricing. The workmanship was outstanding. Everything was done carefully, up to code, and with attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They kept the work area clean, respected my property, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. What impressed me most was their professionalism and communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I was satisfied before wrapping up. It’s hard to find contractors who genuinely care about customer service the way CDS Plumbing Services does. If you’re looking for a dependable, honest, and skilled plumbing company that stands behind their work, I highly recommend CDS Plumbing Services. They exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Five stars all the way!
I had a wonderful experience with CDS Plumbing helping resolve an issue my mother was having at her home during the holidays. I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get someone out to her house, but when I called CDS, I spoke with a delightful woman named Nora who immediately put me at ease. She arranged for a technician to come out the very same day. Josh arrived promptly and cleared the clogged drain right away. He also took the time to assess a recurring clog issue and identified a small section of cast iron piping with nodules that were restricting proper drainage. Josh explained everything clearly and recommended an affordable long-term solution to prevent the issue from happening again. He then helped schedule the Hydro-Smooth repair during the week in a way that worked with my mother’s schedule. Nora and the office team were incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Josh returned as scheduled and took care of everything efficiently and professionally. This was the second time we’ve used CDS Plumbing and Justin Cook’s team, and they continue to exceed our expectations. They are honest, fair, dependable, and deliver high-quality work. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to Josh in the field, was friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. I’m so glad we found CDS Plumbing. I only wish they were located in South Florida; we could use more companies, owners, and professional technicians like the team at CDS. Highly recommend!
While on a trip away from home, my house plumbing developed a leak. CDS was called, as I needed to cap off the leaking line so I could maintain water to the single mom living in my in-law suite. Unfortunately, it was a weekend, so the weekend/holiday pricing went into effect. Piece of cake, as I was expecting that. Despite being told to not attempt diagnosis or fixing plumbing under the main house, they did anyways, to tell me I needed the whole house replumbed. The actual requested service was for CDS to cut the line to the main house and cap off both cut ends, so water can continue flowing to the in-law suite. $710.00 to cut one PVC with easy access, and to glue a cap on the cut ends. That's five hours of weekend rate of $129 an hour. For literally a twenty minute job to any backyard plumber! I absolutely should pay the weekend rate as this was over a weekend. I believe that charging 5 hours for this task is taking advantage of me as the traveling veteran and of my desire to keep water flowing for my tenant. On a positive note, each of the CDS personnel I spoke to on the phone and text were professional and polite. Because of the amount that I was charged that was above any reasonable amount I would have ever expected, I cannot recommend CDS to others.
I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service and dedication of this company. From the very beginning, they have been extremely customer-focused, ensuring that my concerns were addressed. I was having ongoing issues with my new drain field, requiring multiple service requests over several months. Justin, the owner, personally got involved to resolve the issue, making the right decision for me as a customer. Instead of patching things up, he made the bold and ethical choice to redo the entire job. The crew he sent—Roberto, Jordan, and Brian—were highly professional, worked cleanly, and took the time to explain every step of the process, including why each task was necessary. I was truly impressed and very happy with the final outcome. Justin, I sincerely appreciate the way you prioritized customer satisfaction, even at a potential loss to your business. By doing so, you not only took care of me as a customer but also upheld the integrity of your brand. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of work for their home or business. Thank you, and may God bless.
Extremely rude management combined with workers that do not do actual work. First the worker came in and dirtied my bathroom with his boots then they proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with my bathroom when there was a major leak that cost me thousands to fix after. They did not even do actual work and then they charged $125 for a service fee. They asked to pay via zelle to a wrong number then they call me 2 weeks later to tell me to pay via a different number. I tell them that the money is already sent to a wrong number and they still said that i owe them even though they were the ones to provide me with a wrong number. Also, Shortly after they left my bathroom was still experiencing issues and the leak got worse. I had to call another company that explained that the other guys did not know what they were talking about. Manager or owner named Justin Cook was extremely rude screaming over the phone to say that i owe them money. Never use this company, might as well do the work yourself and go to Home Depot.
I cannot speak highly enough about this company. From the very first interaction to the final delivery of service, their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude were evident every step of the way. The team was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. What really stood out to me was their commitment to excellence. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them. Every detail was handled with care, and the end result was flawless. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-level expertise with genuine customer care. If you’re looking for a company that operates with integrity, delivers exceptional results, and truly values its clients, look no further. This team sets the gold standard. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who values quality, reliability, and professionalism.
