Our family had a water leak and I called the owner of Causeway plumbing for some help on a Sunday. Unfortunately, he was out of town however he had someone at the house in less than 20 minutes. The communication was great, the service was excellent and the craftsmanship was superb. I would highly recommend Causeway plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Great job guys!
This is my first time using Causeway at the recommendation of a friend and I could not be happier. I called them for emergency service on this holiday weekend and the response time was amazing. Jesse showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak in my garage. I usually don't post reviews but felt compelled to do so this time as I was truly impressed!
Company has some friendly guys that move pretty QUICKLY on a 50 Gal PV . But man, as a fellow plumber they didn’t follow code or cleanliness procedures. They left my living room carpet dirty, didn’t use any drop cloths or booties & they also left PVC shavings all over my floor. To top it off they moved all my tools out the room and didn’t put them back in place & randomly took off my hvac unit door . Also they left black iron pipe for the gas line loose and didn’t even run pipe for the TMP.
Your reps came to my son's new to him house in Hampton to help solve a water and sewer issue and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From Susan in the front office, and her efficiency in calling and scheduling, to Jesse and Logan, the techs who showed up and were infinitely wiser than their years, the whole experience was actually enjoyable. We were told up front what you would do to solve the issues and how much it would cost and then you did it and solved the issues in a professional, efficient and incredibly friendly fashion. A great experience and if I could sing I'd be singing your praises. But I can't so I'll post this instead. ;) Signed, one extremely happy and satisfied customer :) Jimmy S.
