“Derrick was outstanding! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knows his stuff. My shower diverter cartridge had been giving me trouble for a few weeks, and Derrick diagnosed and fixed it quickly and cleanly. No mess, no upselling—just straightforward, high-quality work.”
