My plumber DJ was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem, suggest a solution, and provide a reasonable estimate in a very short period of time. He made sure that I was satisfied with his service. I would definitely use him again.

I had a large water leak and called Catons who responded very quickly. A gentleman named DJ did excellent work. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was a nice respite during a naturally stressful time.

We had a major clog in our upstairs toilet that backed up into our bathtub. In trying to clear the drain line myself I broke off my snake in the pipe. I called Catons after another plumber came and couldn’t do the job. A plumber was able to come that evening, but after assessing the situation told us he’d have to come back and cut through our drywall to replace a section of pipe. First, the bad: the same plumber came back the next afternoon around two and was working until midnight. He got my broken snake out, but was unable to remove the clog or finish the job, even after he finally called for backup around 9. Having him working in our small home that long was very disruptive especially because we have little kids. The good: the next day Catons sent a senior plumber, Chuck and his apprentice Demare to complete the job. Chuck clearly knew what he was doing and ended up replacing the whole pipe in question, clearing the clog, and getting us back up and running in about 3 hours. These guys did an awesome job and were very kind and courteous. If these guys had come out on day 1 this would be a 5 star rating.

Called Catons Plumbing for a clogged main drain line in our backyard and couldn’t be happier with the service. Ramon was professional, knowledgeable, and got the line cleared quickly. While he was here, he also identified a second blockage in our underground gutter downspout pipe that we didn’t even know about — saved us from what could have been a much bigger problem down the road. Honest, thorough, and clearly knows his stuff. Ask for Ramon — highly recommend!

DJ was right on time, provided an estimate and worked diligently to do the two tasks we needed completed. He was very personable and prompt -- excellent employee with great customer service. The price was a bit high or the review would have been 5 stars, but that is out of DJ's control. Job well done! We asked for his card in case we ever need more work done and would request this same plumber/technician again.

The restaurant I manage had a broken toilet during the weekend they made me feel important like a priority the showed up very fast less than an hour fixed the issue even faster but correctly explained everything wrong and how they fixed it most importantly what they did to prevent it from reoccurring.. very please will recommend to anyone with plumbing issues..

DJ did an amazing job. This was the best service I have ever received for a repair on my home. He went above and beyond fixing it and stayed late to get the job done. Not to mention he was incredibly polite and professional. I will definitely be calling Catons plumbing if I ever need service and I hope they send DJ again.

The hose connection at my dehumidifier was leaking. I had tried unsuccessfully to fix. Caton (Jason) fixed the problem quickly, efficiently. He was kind courteous and professional, explained exactly what he did and charged me a very reasonable rate since it was a simple fix( for him). I highly recommend!!!! Thank you!!!

Jason came out the very next day and eval was free of charge. He promptly and accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the same day. He even went extra mile and fixed other issues at the same time. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Catons Plumbing and Jason anytime and every time.

My water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. I called on a Friday and they were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem. Replaced the gas valve and thermocouple. Very knowledgeable and responsible tech. Not bad cost considering Friday afternoon. Will use again. Definitely recommend

The two guys that were sent to remove the old sump pump and install the new one were professional and nice to deal with. My family has been using Catons since 2011 and will continue to do so as long as the service remains the same. Thanks for the good work !

Had a backflow inspection performed at Nutrien. Had a new device installed. It didn’t take long about an hour or so. Very professional explained what was done and pricing for the job.Alphonso James was the plumber. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

DJ was a delight to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and Caton’s went above and beyond to make sure my new water heater was installed properly. They also offered really flexible hours to get the job done ASAP. Highly recommend!

Catons was able to come same day and removed a clog in my sewer line. Next day they ran the camera and I was able to see the condition of my 100 year old waste pipe. Jason and Harold did a great job, were efficient, and honest. Thanks!
