Nam did a great job with my water heater installation. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he double-checked everything before leaving to make sure it was working properly. Highly recommend this company.

It’s only been an hour or two, but I have hot water, so I’m happy. I expect to use Castleworks for additional plumbing jobs around my house.

Outstanding and professional service by Miguel installing a new water heater and pressure pump. He has walked me through all the steps, technically and financially speaking. This was one of those unexpected expenses that homeowners are faced with. Much appreciated customer service and support by this company. Will recommend.

Trey of Castleworks provided us with a highly professional service when our water heater suddenly went out during the winter time. He was able to clearly explain our options, answered all of our questions when it was clear we needed a new water heater, performed same day installation quickly and efficiently, and was friendly and helpful. He was reasonable, not pushy, communicated effectively, and friendly. The price was also reasonable. We will be using their service again to service our unit annually and to consider future options like maybe one day a tankless heater. They also do water purifier systems which we are considering! Fully recommend.

The gentleman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. we are older seniors. He went out of his way to move items in his way in order to do his job and replace after he finished his job. Very friendly and genuine. Full stars for this man. His partner who brought the water heater was also very nice. Both were great. Recommend highly! And the price is less than others. Very happy for that!
