Absolutely impressed with the tap repair service I received from them. My kitchen tap had been dripping for days, and the plumber came right on time. He was able to fix it quickly, and now the tap works like new. I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues!
They installed the toilet and it is installed properly but they quoted me one price and charged me another. First of all Casselberry Plumbing Services is NOT the name of the company. My invoice says Central Florida Plumbing. The person that quotes the job is now claiming to be the dispatcher and not a plumber. They will add a fee to take the old toilet away. They added a fee of $20 just to put a different handle on the toilet rather than the one that was on the new toilet. Not to purchase it but just to put it on. It would take a 15 year old 5 minutes to do that, it is not worth paying $20 to have the guy that is there do it. I am hoping the install is done correctly. I guess I will have to see how it holds up!
