Had a terrific experience with Cass Plumbing on an emergency toilet clog & leak. We’ve had terrible luck finding a good honest plumber and Luis really came through - we have old ‘50s plumbing and the toilet is working better than ever. He also discovered the prior plumbing broke a part on the toilet flapper and never told us! We will be repeat customers - thank you!

Brian arrived right on time and courteously introduced himself. He answered all my questions about installing a water softener and gave me different options to fit my budget. No hype or pressure, which I appreciated. He explained how the process would work. He followed up by emailing me the quotes for my consideration. I liked his professionalism and calm demeanor. This is how I like to do business!

The estimate was timely and fair, payment was easy. Luis was very pleasant, thorough, and went above and beyond to move and fix a previous installation mistake of our gas line.

I have used Cass plumbing for years. They show up promptly, are generally courteous and have done a few different jobs for me. However, they can be expensive but the good thing, they come when I call!. Why 4 stars and not 5? Well today's job was to install a new kitchen faucet. The tech came out and did the job, but did not clean up after himself and left a component installed (and plug for the old sprayer nozzle) that leaked! I called him when we discovered it and he told me to call the office. So I did, and another tech came out who solved the issue AND ALSO helped us determine that the sink itself had a leak which is now caulked. All in all they are still a reputable firm and did make every effort to resolve the issue. NOTE: We did buy the faucet and plug from a big box store, and not Cass plumbing. The install now looks great.

Jordan was a great guy. Very polite and helpful. As far as price goes, '$225.00 seemed a bit high for just changing out a float valve. But have no idea what the going rate is. 🤔 Guess that's why plumbers get the big bucks, lol. It's just hard when you're on limited income.
