Casco Plumbing And Well Pump Service

This is the second job I've had Casco Plumbing do at my home. Jimmy has been here to perform both jobs and I've been more then 100% satisfied with his work. He listens to you when you define the problem and then he looks it over and comes up with a plan to correct the problem. Most recently he unclogged the drain and he redid the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I have some additional work that needs to be performed in the next couple of months and I'll be calling Casco Plumbing and asking for Jimmy.

Kudo’s to Casco Plumbing for sending out a plumber the same day I called them…and not just any plumber. I think they sent out their best. Shawn was thorough, neat and very experienced operating the sewer line video camera and interpreting what he saw. He also stayed with us while we waited for the community Warranty Manager to arrive to view the video and the area in question. I couldn’t be more pleased. I also found the charges to be fair. Sky, the receptionist, kept us informed of the approximate time the plumber would arrive. Such a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone! Thank you, Casco.

He was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue and the solution before starting the work. The repair was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. I would confidently recommend this plumber to anyone needing reliable, professional service.

Dylan came out and helped us install the new vanity he was very helpful understanding and explained the process very well. Also was very timely available and help finish the job in a timely manner.
