I went on Yelp on a Sunday evening and posted that I needed someone to look at my hot water heater as my water was just lukewarm and the thermostat was showing 100 degrees. Within minutes Brian reached out to me and helped me troubleshoot potential issues, I sent him some photos so he could be best prepared to fix the issue when he arrived the next morning. He showed up within the time he said he would be here, I received a message when he was on his way. He was very upfront about all pricing and what he was working on and explaining everything he had done and what future options could be if I wanted to replace it. My hot water heater is now working as intended and we can now take hot showers again.

Brian Carter was absolutely outstanding! Picked up the phone on the first ring. We had a pipe burst outside. Brian came over, assessed and fully explained the situation and worked up three options. I tried for 2 days to find a plumber to come out to repair my burst main water supply line under my trailer no one wanted to come due to cold weather & ice but finally I found Brian with Carter Quality Plumbing who quoted me a flat rate over the phone and came over same day.. He arrived w)a helper fixed my problem line quickly and even fixed an addl leak for a little more then quoted. I was very happy & will use him again and recommend his service to others!
