The two technicians that came to my home today, Hernan and Ruben, were not only fast, efficient and friendly, but they were also extremely polite and respectful. They explained everything to us so we could understand what they were doing and what was going on and answered all of our questions. There is more plumbing work that needs to be done at our home and I will definitely have Capps do the work for us. Highly recommended!
Capps did an outstanding job. Jose and Eddie cleared a heavily clogged 2” kitchen line and took the time to ensure it was completely clean before they wrapped up. The camera inspection confirmed the quality of their work. I plan to use Capps for future plumbing needs, including a preventative main sewer line cleaning. Their pricing is competitive, they’re honest, and the workmanship is excellent.
Danny and Jose did an amazing job working on my main sewer line. A previous company was unable to get it cleared and they put in the time and effort to get it done. Very straightforward without any unnecessary services. I will definitely be using them again for future needs.
I hired Capps Plumbing & Sewer Inc. to cap off a valve on an old galvanized pipe. I chose them specifically because they are a "known" company and I was willing to pay their $400+ premium, expecting they would handle an old, rusty pipe with care. While they completed the initial task, they failed to flush the line after the repair. This sent debris directly into my kitchen faucet, which now no longer works. I called immediately after the technician left, but they refused to send him back given he is just 5 minutes away. When the manager followed up two hours later, they claimed the clog was a separate issue and insisted I pay for a new service call to fix the problem they caused. Paying a premium price should come with premium accountability. If you use them, be aware that their service ends the moment they walk out the door—even if your plumbing is left in worse shape than they found it.
Tech called me a liar based on previous work Capps did that I watched them do regarding a spigot change.
My shower has been making some weird noises recently and, with the cold weather, I was concerned that my pipe might be freezing. I called Capps yesterday afternoon and was able to get someone out this morning, including them accommodating my request that my time slot not be too early. I received a call from the office, notifying me when Tim was on his way. Tim was very polite and put covers over his boots as soon as he walked in the door. I described the issue and he checked a couple things. He explained that my pipes weren't freezing and how to know if they were. He then explained a couple things that could be causing the noise, checked those, and did some work to correct that. He was very patient, explained everything well, and asked if I had any questions. He asked at every step if it was okay to proceed and explained what the options and cost would be. He left the area clean and I received my receipt immediately via email. I have had Capps do all but one of the plumbing and sewer jobs in the over 20 years I've owned my house, have been very pleased with their work, and truly regret the one time I tried a different company. Capps is very customer-service oriented. Gianna in the office helped me with a few different things this week and has been very nice and addressed everything quickly. I highly recommend Capps for quality work. (Note: My bill was lower because I have a service agreement with Capps.)
Our sump pump failed in the middle of the night. Capps arranged for someone to come out first thing in the morning. Therefore, initially I gave the company 5 stars. The pricing was disclosed in advance. Because it had to be replaced immediately, I am unable to confirm whether the price was reasonable. However, when I needed to repair my leaky faucet after a couple of months, the person who answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me as well. His behavior is a result of the fact that I asked if the estimate would be free since Google indicates a free estimate and this is not an emergency. As a customer, I was within my rights to inquire about the free estimate. Instead of aggressively educating me, he should have simply responded with a yes or no. This behavior of the owner validates my opinion after checking reviews on other websites. As a repeat customer, I expected to receive better treatment. After this experience, I felt undervalued as a customer and would prefer to work with a company in which customer service is prioritized and respectful communication is maintained.
Called them Friday. They said they are busy so I scheduled the appointment on Saturday 10am. Saturday 10am they called saying they will come at noon. At noon they called and informed me, one of their trucks broke down so I have to wait more. At 2pm they called and said they are not coming as they can't fix their truck. So I called a different plumbing company which came 90 minutes later and in next 45 minutes my water problem was fixed. Capps plumbing was just a terrible experience and basically wasted 24 hours. They advertise as 24/7 which simply isn't true. The broken truck excuse is pathetic as they could send another one.....
I worked with Mike throughout the entire process - from start to finish, he was consultative, accommodating, and very eager to understand the problems we were interested in exploring before making a recommendation on how we addressed those problems. We ended replacing our entire sewer line - it took two full days but the teams they dispatched to complete the work were also top notch. Tom and Rueben were stellar. Their teams were thorough, precise and communicative. I highly recommend Capps for all of your plumbing needs. We will certainly be using them going forward for our future projects.
We unfortunately needed emergency service to clear our clogged sewer line. Of approximately twenty "24 h / emergency" service providers I contacted, only Capps could make it out quickly, 60 - 90 min. None of the others could make it out for ~8+ hours, and many simply had an answering service with no callback at all. Not cheap, but then emergency service never is. 5 stars for availability and our excellent tech Hunter. -1 star for high prices and the need to go back to the shop for a longer (100') rodding line mid-service.
The plumbers I had from Capps, Ruben and Isaiah were absolutely wonderful! They came in and immediately went to work digging the hole and putting through the camera to see where the problem was so they could identify it. This was a lot of work! They removed all the broken pipes and added new ones. They even worked to make me happier by putting my bushes back in the exact spot where they were. All work was completed, and everything was cleaned. Thank you so much guys for taking care of this situation.
We have been most blessed by Capps Plumbing, they only do what is necessary to repair the problem. A few years back my tub was leaking, the repairman knew exactly where to cut the drywall & replace the damaged pipe. The bill was very minimal & I was so greatful that they were honest & reputable. Some other company could have torn apart my tub & the bill could have been $$$$$. Today we had them come out to check for a leak & the inspection was free!!! Im so greatful to have found this company!!!
We had Jose C. at our house to do some maintenance cleaning of our outside line. He explained everything in detail in a manner which I could understand. When it was time to look at the camera pictures he showed me exactly what he saw and was very honest. He answered all my questions and by no means was he pushy at all! I would definitely recommend Capps and Jose C. highly for any of your plumbing needs! First class gentleman!
Needed Capp Plumbing to react quickly when 2 new Capp Plumbing sump pumps were recently installed but alarm still kept going off. Left message after hours and received a phone call from Capp Plumbing after hours to detail next steps. In the end, also installed new battery kit to match 2 new sump pumps. Worked with Anthony Olnetti in mgtment and tech Alex Delgado. Both were excellent....would recommend Capp Plumbing....
I called this company a week ago for backup in the basement , they came and charged me $900 to fix it . Second day I used my shower the water backed up again in the basement I called them again they put me on hold for 30 minutes then they hang up on me , I had to call another plumber to come and get fixed I paid the other plumber half the price , I’m not recommending this company to anyone they are ripoff . Never again
