Overall, fantastic small but larger business so they can handle co plex heating/plumbing/electrical systems. They are great in all departments, they've served us well in 2 houses now and Stephen in plumbing is professional, experienced and fixed out 75 year old plumbing with ease. Well worth the cost. They are our go too and also came highly recommended by several other adjacent professionals.

Capital Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric is an incredible company that offers wonderful services, amazing communication and great customer service. I had a check up done on my heat pump system and Wes the tech texted me when he was 15 minutes out, he was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used them a couple of times and have been completely satisfied every time.

This is an excellent company. Making an appointment was easy and they followed up after the service. I can't say enough about the technician, Christian. He was like a masterful surgeon I had supervised. He knew his stuff and took pictures at every step. He was wonderfully patient and as I looked over his shoulder, he explained my system and his work. He was pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I understood his work. I will gladly request him for future work. Thanks.

Excellent Service from James at Capital Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I had a great experience, especially with the plumber they sent out, James. When I called the company, they answered right away and dispatched James very quickly, which I really appreciated since our water heater tank was leaking and needed immediate attention. James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to work. He clearly explained what he was going to do before starting, replaced the entire water heater system, and made sure everything was done right. When the job was finished, he took the time to go over the warranty for the new unit and explained everything in detail. He also reviewed their Comfort Care Plan with me and explained the HVAC maintenance services, including what is covered with yearly inspections and in-depth maintenance. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he didn’t rush through the explanations, he made sure I understood everything. Overall, excellent service, very professional attitude, and great communication. Thank you to Capital for sending James out, and thank you, James, for the outstanding work. Highly recommend!

These guys came out and did a fantastic professional job. They guided me through exactly what they were doing and brought up any concerns they had. Their quote was half of what Black Hills wanted and they were still able to get it done in a shorter time frame with much less red tape involved with the county. Overall amazing job from their team.
