Thank you Canyon Hills Plumbing for coming out so quickly to fix our kitchen clog! Not being able to wash dishes was a huge inconvenience, so we were trying to get someone out as soon as possible. We had an appointment scheduled with another company that ended up canceling and trying to reschedule due to other emergencies, and we had no luck finding anyone else who could come sooner. A neighbor recommended Canyon Hills Plumbing, saying they were highly trusted in our community, so I gave them a call. They were very understanding of our situation and were able to fit us in for same-day service at the last minute — which we truly appreciated. Even better, they actually arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. Oscar was really polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done. He took extra care to keep our kitchen clean, which meant a lot to me. I would give this company 100 stars if I could! I will absolutely be recommending Canyon Hills Plumbing to friends and neighbors and will be using them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again!

Our patio drains were severely backed up and was made apparent due to heavy rain. Canyon Hills was professional, easy to work with and worked above and beyond to get the job done. They kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about their service and will use them again on other plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing for emergencies and planned projects. We first needed their services a year and a half ago to replace a fragile pipe going to our dishwasher and hide it behind the wall (it was originally exposed in a cabinet and I have no idea why). They did such a great job and were incredibly transparent then, so when we had a significant emergency, they were our first call. Our home is almost 30 years old and was built using CPVC which met its end a couple of weeks ago when a hot water pipe splintered then burst. We again had the best and most transparent experience. Jerry was here in about 20 minutes and he was calming, explained our options, what each would cover, the cost, and what could be considered an add-on versus a necessity. Given the age, chemical percentages in the water in Lake Elsinore, and some general observations over the past year, we decided to replace the plumbing and add filtration to help with longevity but also because chemicals are real and aside from taste differences, they also dry out my skin and trigger my psoriasis. Jerry and the Canyon Hills team got us scheduled quickly and made sure we had cold water in the meantime (very much appreciated). They were in and out in 2 days and I'm a little amazed at the sounds and frustrations we don't have anymore. Our water pressure is better, it tastes better, and my scalp & skin are no longer crazy itchy with raw red patches when I get out of the shower. No matter how lukewarm I made the water before, I used to need lotion within minutes or it would feel so uncomfortably tight and itchy that I couldn't focus. Since we've had the new pipes and filter, I actually forgot to put any lotion on the other day. It was so nice to realize on my own hours later versus my body screaming at me. Hands down I'm so glad we knew to call them and I hope this helps others.

We needed a water heater replacement/ installation and both Juan & Anthony did a great job from start to finish. They communicated well and were friendly & professional throughout. Canyon Hills plumbing is so professional. They gave me text messages of arrival time and kept me updated. The technicians Julian and Oscar were wonderful and sent me their photo and phone as well as arrival time. The best professional experience I’ve had with ANY company! They also make follow up calls to make sure things went well,
