Calla Plumbing does really good work, they’re quick, products they install last a long time & they will repair to save you $’s. I highly recommend Calla Plumbing. I had a sump pump repair so didn’t take a pic. I also had a new bathroom drain plug installed.

Great service! Called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message about what I needed. Jeff called me Monday morning and we went over everything. I told him it was not an emergency. He got 2 guys out to my house that afternoon! They replaced 2 outdoor faucets with anti freeze types, took out leaky shut offs, and hooked my refrigerator up the right way…. All in about an hour or so. My wife said the guys were great to work with! Price was very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Calla plumbing! Family owned business that I can confidently ask them to fix it how they would in their own home and know it will be done right the first time.

Pat Calla Plumbing is hands down one of the best plumbing companies in Cincinnati. Pat, Jeff, Jason, and Dominic came out to help with our home plumbing issue and did an amazing job — honest, on time, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and left everything spotless. It’s so refreshing to find a local, family-owned plumbing business that truly cares about their customers. I called this company to replace a sump pump battery, which Pat did with no problem. A month later the sump pump alarm was going off, so I called again to have him come out and see what was wrong. I called on a Wednesday and Pat gave me a Friday appointment, sadly he didn't call or show. A simple phone call would have been courteous and I would have understood if he was backed up. I have been a customer of Calla Plumbing since 2015 and I cannot recommend them enough. They have always been completely honest and respectful in every interaction. They are always on time, extremely friendly, and their work is fantastic. The team is very experienced and the quality of their service shows in every job they do. On top of that, their prices are excellent and very fair. What makes Calla Plumbing stand out is how far they go for their customers. For years they have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and every time I have been fully satisfied with the results. Their billing staff is also excellent. Terri, who I believe is the one who often handles billing, is wonderful and I have never once had an issue with billing or payment. Most of the time I work with Jeff, and he is truly a shining example of someone who represents a company with pride, skill, and care. He makes sure everything is done right, and he embodies the values that make Calla Plumbing such a reliable company. I know no company is perfect, but every single job Calla Plumbing has done for me has been beyond perfect. I would honestly rate them ten out of five stars. I do not go anywhere else and I would be very sad if this company were not around. They are a local Cincinnati plumbing company and I am so glad to have them nearby. Calla Plumbing has earned my trust completely and they deserve every bit of praise they get.

We've used Calla Plumbing a few times now, both for our current house and for a house we were selling. These guys came recommended by our realtor, as soon as she said the name, my husband remembered he's used them before and been really happy (this is why we Yelp, so we wont call other people first anymore). Four different contractors who were in and out of our house at the time recommended them as well. For any basic repair maintenance or minor problem these guys are our first stop. Jeff Calla is friendly, efficient and no nonsense. My favorite thing about him: he will clearly communicate when he thinks someone else is trying to up-sell you. He will tell you that extra services are a waist of money and why. ** They are busy because they are good. So especially when Cincinnati is dealing with heavy rains its worth the wait to get his call back, but be assured that he is moving fast and he will get to you ASAP. He will plainly tell you if hes not the right guy for your job (i.e. Major Concrete excavation) but he will send you to the right people I.e (CME & Zinn's)

We've used Calla Plumbing twice now and we couldn't be happier. They have the nicest crew you could ask for. They are efficient and very reasonably priced. Here is what they fixed for us: 1) First visit: We had low water pressure throughout the whole house. Calla replaced a water pressure regulator that was corroded and our water pressure is excellent again. 2) Second visit: The kitchen sink and the upstairs shower stopped draining. Calla came out immediately and cleared a clog in a stack and put a cleanout valve in that stack so it can easily be accessed if it ever clogs again. The drains are running perfectly again. I also used Calla Plumbing to install a water hydrant for a non-profit I volunteer for. They did the job for $500 less that the last time we had it replaced. I am thrilled with this company! They are the epitome of honesty, integrity and competence which can be rare to find these days.

Calla plumbing is AMAZING. Patrick came out on Saturday and looked at my apartment building because one of my tenants couldn't flush her toilet. The water tank was not filling at all. While he was there I asked if anyone else in the building was having issues with their pressure and one of them was so he quickly went and looked at that unit too. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs. He was thorough and even changed the guts inside the toilet along with the hose to the toilet and another piece I am not even sure of the name. The thing that really got me was how much my total was after he finished; especially for Saturday work. I will always call Calla Plumbing from now on that is how reasonable he was compared to larger companies with diagnostic fees (which Calla Plumbing did not charge me for) and all the other fees they try and tack on. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and a master plumber.

Today our toilet tank cracked and water was EVERYWHERE on the bathroom floor! After being told by our home warranty company that this was not something that was covered under our warranty I called 3 different plumbers. Each one told me that they couldn’t send a plumber out until tomorrow. Mind you this is our ONLY working toilet in the house! The last plumbing company referred me to Pat. I called and even though Pat had so much else going on he was able to move things around and got to us within an hour. Pat SAVED THE DAY!!! The price was also VERY reasonable! We will be using Calla plumbing in the future!

I have used Calla at my house several times over the years and they have always been able to get me on their schedule quickly and their prices have always been reasonable. I called them for my Mom this morning and they were there an hour after I left the message. They called and told me they would be there in 15 minutes so I left work and went to meet them and they were there exactly when they told me they would be. I appreciated that very much! They found and fixed the problem quickly. I continue to be very happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future.

I'm so impressed with these plumbers; they were right on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They got right to work and the price was very reasonable. They installed a new laundry tub with new faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and installed a new outdoor faucet and shut-off. The previous laundry tub had been a double, and the new one was a single sink, but they were able to retain most of the original water lines to the tub, so there was less labor and less cost. I will definitely be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I called Pat when I wasn't happy with the company that my home warranty sent out. I called him at 8:05, he called me back at 8:15 and he was here, fixed my faucet and gone by 9:29 (pm). He was super professional, polite (kind of reminded me of my grandpa), and showed me a bunch of helpful things to help me understand what to do in the future. He even turned down the temperature of my water heater because he noticed it was too high. Also, he was super affordable and up front. Not a penny over the estimate. You will not regret going with them. Highly, highly recommend!

Unprofessional and Socially Inept. I've hired them MANY times. His Wife is in the business office.... nastiest female you'll ever have the displeasure of speaking with. They frequently billed me for work my tenants needed done (even though the plumbing issues were not the landlords responsibility). They sent bills to the tenant address with my name on them... and wondered why I never received them. They're clueless and disrespectful when you call to clarify the things THEY have done incorrectly. You're better off hiring ANYONE but them

I have just finished talking to my neighbor who was in desperate need of a plumber. I gave her the name my awesome plumber but they were not readily available. So they gave her name of this plumber. My neighbor is quite happy and raved about the professionalism and service provided by the gentleman who was able to be there almost immediately and fix their problem, as well as the reasonable cost. So while I have not personally used this plumber, because Calla Plumbing is a family business, I am always happy to share what I know.
