We are so glad we had this company at our house to some minor repairs, not only did they fix everything on my list at a fair price, but they spotted a very serious problem with our water heater. Had they not , we could have had a real problem. Also they are experienced, professional, friendly and they didn’t leave any mess behind!

Business has an excellent online presence and uses technology well. Communicates via email quickly and efficiently. Owner is very knowledgeable and does not take advantage of a customer that is not sure on what direction to take to solve a water problem. Owner suggested that I get one of the more basic water filters for my project, saving me hundreds of dollars. Owner and his assistant installed a whole house water filter on my manufactured home. The job was very well done, and my requests for placement were met to a "t." (See Picture) According to work agreement, business CHARGES FEES FOR CREDIT CARDS. This would generally have me knocking the rating down a star, but with the patience this guy showed me when I ordered a wrong part, I gotta go with 5 stars as this was the best business to customer experience you could ask for.

I have used Call Us Plumbing twice now for small emergency jobs. They have been great communicators, fast, and fairly priced. I’m usually not on location and they never take advantage of me during emergency leaks with tenants etc. Equally importantly they use Pex A with expansion fittings… it’s the only material/method a modern professional plumber should be using inside the home/attic.
