Cahill's Plumbing & Heating

I was told by my well company "valley pump" that these guys do good work, and that I needed them to find the problem I was having (flooding in my garage). I called them and they were kind direct and honest over the phone (man, that is refreshing!). I called another company (You know the one of the radio) and they couldn't give me a simple answer and it was going to cost $100, just to have them give me a quote. It wasn't cheap, but these guys worked fast and came out the same day, 3 hours later it was done. I strongly recommend them and encourage anyone who needs a plumber to call them. Thank you Russell for making this happen, and make sure you tell your guys they did a great job.

Cahill’s came recommended from friend who is a local builder. I was in need of a reputable plumber. They scheduled me for a reasonable window when I called in the evening, for the next day. Jason and his colleague were fantastic and professional. It turned out my issue resolved itself, and they ensured/double checked things looked good and that I had all the information I needed to know options and best practices moving forward. They were gracious, knowledgeable and I felt taken care of. I will absolutely refer anyone who needs a plumber or heating work done to Cahill’s.

I have installed water heaters before but I needed it done quickly for a tenant while I was out of town. Cahill’s had a competitive price, instant availability so I used them and couldn’t be happier with the service. Very thorough and high quality workmanship while getting the job done in a timely manner and no surprises or extra charges.

Unfortunantly l had a negative experience with Cahill’s Plumbing and Heating. I had called in the morning to setup a service call (non-emergency) and was surprised I was able to be fit into the schedule between Noon and 4 PM. Essentially I wanted to have some plumbing inspected and a clog cleared I wasnt able to get and possibly have my lines jetted. Service rep showed up, was very communicative and fixed the small blockage issue I had. My issue is with the office staff or whomever the field staff was talking with and how the price I paid was determined. I’m having a hard time understanding how an hours worth of work resulted in approximately 450 dollars? So I’m assuming I was charged a 200 dollar service fee just for them to show up and 200 dollars an hour? So for those thinking of using Cahills, I’d ask for an upfront price as to not be blindsided like I was. I expected a little over 200, but not 450 for 1 hour. I am in the trades and absolutely know I was taken to the cleaners busy this company. More honest companies in my opinion for plumbing.

Amazing response time for a leak in the water line between our water meter and house. They had someone out within an hour of our first contact who was able to provide suggestions. The next day we had the leak located and by the third day a trench had been dug in our front yard and the pipes repaired. They filled the trench in and you can barely tell! Attached are pics of the leak as located, the trench when it was dug and the trench when it was filled in. Excellent service will definitely use again and recommend.
