CA ROOTER AND PLUMBING

I had another plumber come the night before after waiting for him to show up at 6pm, he came at 9pm. Once he was here I felt the price he was trying to charge me was way to be much. I thanked him for finally showing up and send him on his way. Then I called Carlos. From the first call he was very responsive. I called that same night and he arrived the next afternoon. He even sent me a google map link to follow him as he made his way to my house, which I thought was really helpful. Carlos explained my options and then got to work unclogging the drain under my house that was causing a back up in my shower and toilet. I'm glad I called him, he was very professional, responsive and reasonable. The next time I have a plumbing issue, Carlos will now be my go to. I would recommend him to friends and family. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Carlos responded in a timely manner to an emergency broken pipe issue we had late in the evening. He was able to correct our mistake (I tried repairing my own pipe ... it did not go well), and restore our water. I noticed he spent a lot ot time preparing the pipe for work (this is how I knew he cared about the quality of his work). Great experience and he will be the first one I call in the future.

Carlos is great! We called to have our bathroom faucets changed and install new cut off valves. Carlos responded quickly to give us a quote. He is very friendly and professional, he explained everything and did an incredible job. I will call him again if I have a need, I highly recommend him for any for your plumbing projects.
