C&C did a plumbing inspection on my home recently. The team was very professional and explained everything they were doing. They drained our water heaters, inspected all of our faucets and drains. They found two problems if left undetected could have been serious down the road. We are very happy we called them and would recommend C&C Plumbing very much.

Did alot of searching for water heaters and checked different companies, C&C was the best price around. They answered all my questions and were very professional. Install seemed pretty quick and looks top notch. If you're have a tough time deciding on a plumber this is the one. Thanks again C&C!

The guys showed up on time and got to work quickly. They had all of the materials to properly install the tub! They measured carefully (several time to make sure the place was prefect), tested for leaks and cleaned up! The process was quick and very affordable. Great Install! Chris

C&c have usually been pretty good but I called them for a simple tub spout leaking yea simple, could have done it myself now I will since they have not, I was told by the technician that the valves were bad and he replaced the seals on the valve and would give me an estimate on fixing it correctly, I never received an estimate and three months later tub leaking again, was told that they will not warranty the fix because the valves were bad, well 300& later I have to fix it myself, do not waste your money, literally call anyone else for your plumbing need like Chris Dawson he has fixed all there mess ups for a fraction of the price that is all steer clear people call Chris

Unfortunately my experience with C&C was their lack of business practice concerning their pricing. Customers should be advised upfront that there is an automatic charge of $220 per hour which starts with their drive time. I guess that starts when the employee gets into their vehicle. When you set your appointment they should explain their billing per hour policy. At the Job Site they called me to say the hot water tank would have to be changed. I ask for an estimate, he said about $2,100. I really don’t think he wanted to do the work because from my experience a 30 gal electric water tank cost about $550 and would take about 2-3 hours to exchange. This does not add up to $2,100. They need a better business practice to inform their customers before the job—their hourly rate, trip charges and when the clock starts and stops so the customer can make an informed decision. All customers make sure they advise you upfront about pricing or find a company that will disclose their billing practices so there are no additional surprises. You will pay $220 minimum if they get into their vehicle and drive to the job site. Most companies give you credit if they do the job, C&C does not, $2,100 was not even a fair or good estimate for a 30 gal water heater.

I've used C&C Plumbing and Well for well issues on two separate occasions. Both times the invoice I received was more than expected. The first occasion I was told over the phone that it would be $900 to install a UV light. While the techs were here, they said another part needed to be replaced that would be $500. However, when I got the bill, it was for $2,250. When questioned on why is was so much over the quote, the office just waved their hands and said they thought the tech provided an accurate quote once they were on the field and there was nothing they could do. On the second occasion several months later, I called them out due to having yellow well water. The tech arrived, spent 30 minutes at the well, and then told me that he changed the filter (which I'd told him I had already changed a few days before) and there was nothing else that could be done and left. A few days later I got a quote for $6200 of filters they want to add with no call or explanation on if that would fix the issue. A few days after that, I received a bill for $240. When I asked for an itemized invoice so I could understand why that 30 minute call was so expensive when "nothing could be done" I was told they can't provide itemized invoices and that the charge was $195 for time and the rest was "materials" (which I'm assuming was the changed filter that I didn't ask for considering I'd already tried that myself). Very disappointed and needless to say, I won't be calling them again for future well services.

I cannot recommend C&C Plumbing enough! Austin and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my plumbing work. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly courteous. They took the time to explain everything, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Finding a company that is both trustworthy and reliable can be difficult, but C&C Plumbing has earned my confidence completely. If you're looking for plumbing services, this is the place to call. We had a broken gas line at the outside gas meter, and the gas company told us it was our problem because it was from the meter into the house. So we contacted these guys and they came, saw, and conquered! Seriously, the work requirements were large, because the broken gas line into our house went thru the cement slab and had to be diverted around the outside to get it under our house! So they dug a trench, laid the new pipe, and connected it to the existing gas lines under our house perfectly! They worked really hard and fixed our problem completely. All of the employees present were friendly, knowledgable, and competent! I highly recommend this business. They really care about doing it right!

C and C installed a water filtration system for me. In only a few short days, I can see a HUGE difference! My skin and hair are softer, my kids’ skin and hair are softer, my teeth are whiter, I use less soap, my clothes smell and feel better, my clothes are no longer fading, spaghetti and other foods that are boiled taste better, and the water tastes better when we drink from the tap. The water where I live is very chlorinated. After living here for 15+ years and dealing with the chlorine, this filtration system has been amazing only after several days. I highly recommend c and c plumbing and well to install your filtration system. Please give them a call - you will not be disappointed!!

Woke up this morning to no water, (we are on a well). I had no idea who to call. My daughter found C&C based on reviews and we couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend this company enough! They were at our home within an hour and a half of me calling and telling them we had no water. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, replacing the well HP control box and double checking that everything was good. It has been YEARS since I have seen a company as on the ball, and with as much down to earth integrity, professionalism and fair pricing as C & C Plumbing and Well Pump Services. They now have my husband and I as lifetime customers, along with our daughter and sil.

Had an issue with hot water in the shower not shutting off properly and dripping. Called C & C Plumbing this morning and Mark came right out and took care of the problem. I was very impressed with his efficiency. His helper, whose name I forgot to ask (he likes cats and was not bothered by my nosy cat kind of getting in the way haha)was very polite as well. The woman who answered the phone when I made the call was professional. Very happy with the service today and will be calling C &C again soon to do some service on my well.

I was very impressed and had a great experience with C&C . I’m a local GC and needed help on a project. The owner Casey met me onsite on very short notice . He was very patient and knowledgeable helping me navigate multiple obstacles to find solutions. His crew was dispatched the very next day . They were extremely professional ,knowledgeable, and efficient. Top notch Plumbing Contractor! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again . Thanks so much C&C !

Excellent Service. Polite, efficient. Work done well. Follow up to make sure that everything OK. I can't say enough about this company and will always use them for any plumbing work. (C&C did all the plumbing for our renovation, including rerouting all the outdoor plumbing from old 1970s drain that was clogged to a completely new drain. They are very broad in their plumbing capabilities.)

We had C & C Plumbing come out twice in the last month. They repaired a leak in our shower and installed some safety bars in our shower. They were here at the time they said they would be, called ahead, and cleaned up after themselves. They have been great to work with. Lawson, Austin, and Ethan were all very professional, did the work and then left. Thank you guys!

Arrived on time, sent a kid in shorts as supposed assistant, journeyman plumber (I think) went down to well pump, was using pocket knife to cut spider webs down path into woods. When at pump, took lid off, looked at it, lid back on, no electrical checks at pump, decided at that time that pump needed replacing. Took three minutes to decide that.
