Outstanding work by Matt at Burton Plumbing! Another plumber (different company) bailed on our appointment today. Burton sent Matt over same day. He installed a Toto toilet and a new water valve. He removed the old toilet, carried everything in and out, took thenold one away, did great work and cleaned up everything like new. Also a great attitude and demeanor. Veteran owned. Highest recommendation!

Everyone at Burton Plumbing is exceptional. The work they did on my total sewer/fresh water repiping was top notch. Rain didn't stop them and they dug the trenches in an utter downpour. They went above and beyond and worked tirelessly in every aspect of the job. I wish all contractors and staff provided this quality at this price. Also Teague Burton trained in Europe and does commercial work, so he has incredible insight, creativity and extra options in his solutions tool box. When my property had an issue with the laundry room, one in which EVERY other plumber wanted to trench out my laundry room, garage, driveway, front yard and basically demolish my house... Teague was able to come up with an innovative solution that did not involve any of that. No one else considered this option and all wanted to demolish half my house. I interviewed 12 plumbing contractors for this job and picked the guy who had integrity, honesty, copious knowledge, and priced well (he was in the bottom half of the range). He told me up front his plan, why he wanted to do it that way, what the possible problems (and costs) might be, and he was true to his word!! He also manages a stellar team. Everyone who worked on my house was incredible beyond compare, especially the lead Jake. Kind, knowledgeable, work ethic that cannot be matched!!! I feel like we are all family and there isn't anything I wouldn't do for them. They are that good!! I picked the right company

Matthew, from Burton Plumbing, showed up exactly when he said he would be here. I found him to be extremely competent, knowledgeable, and with a great personality. I needed to add a few more items ie., two water shut off valves of which he added to my work order. I would recommend Burton Plumbing to anybody needing an expert plumber, because their plumbers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast. I’m also a retired Navy veteran and they gave me a military discount, which was great, thank you Burton Plumbing. I now have a new plumbing company to take care of all of my plumbing needs. They get five stars all the way.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I called for a new disposal and they set up an appointment quickly. They were fairly pricey. They charge a flat fee for anything they do … $625 for the disposal and install. We had a dishwasher where they told me the hose was short so Kimball the plumber told me a flat fee to fix that issue including removing the newly installed dishwasher and installing a new hose. Minutes later he was done with that and I do not believe he even removed the dishwasher. He also was kind enough to leave the kitchen with a mess including junk on the floor. Sloppy. There was no electricity, so I hired their recommendation who was good. Kimball left and the pipes leaked so we couldn’t use the kitchen sink. The weekend passed and Kimball was slated to come out again and he did. Said all complete and the sink leaked MORE! The electrician came later today. He was superb. Not only did he install the power for the disposal but also realigned the disposal and fixed the leaks. Kimball was incapable it seems of such a menial task.

We called a couple of plumbing companies and the couldn’t come out til tomorrow. However, we were trying to find a company that could come out same day at a reasonable cost. We loved the fact that this company is veteran owned. We were told that a person could come look at our issue between 1-3 but closer to 3. After I hung up the phone I immediately received the name of the person coming. Cameron was the person who came out to fix our issue. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable realized my husband was a former Marine and added a military discount. He was here for less that’s hour and gave us cards on his way out. He also remembered our first names when he said goodbye. We will definitely use Burton Plumbing again if needed.
