10/10 definitely recommend. Hands down the best decision I made in an emergency situation, James was at my house within 30 minutes and he was kind, respectful and most of all professional and thorough.

TLDR: just call him and be glad you did. I just closed on a house in December; it definitely needs some TLC after years of rental-level fixes that were begging for true investment 20-30 year fixes. James came by and did a full assessment on the house and identified a bunch of issues missed by the home inspection. He also helped me prioritize the issues between must haves, maybe in the next 5 years, and then splurges to cross every 't' and dot every 'i'. He worked very quickly and efficiently over 2 days, and was a true professional throughout. I never felt like he was frivolous or excessive with his pricing or taking advantage; he is very genuine in his explanation of what the problem is when he discovers something. His information is in my homeowner's binder and saved in my phone for whenever I need him.

i am extremely satisfied with their work. Showed up at the appointed time,. were very courteous, and very much in the spirit of actually helping - something rare in such companies these days. The price for the work done was exceptionally fair, especially given the amount of time they dedicated toward ensuring everything worked correctly. 10/10 would recommend again.
