Technician Michael , and his crew were very nice and professional. He fixed my leaking shower valve very quickly. I will for sure put Budget Plumbing on my speed dial.

Our old boiler finally gave out and we had no hot water in our home! Budget plumbing took good care of us and got things taken care of quickly. They did excellent work, were very professional and their quote was much less expensive than one given to us by another plumber. Our old boiler was large and the boiler room was cramped and hot and it was a mess for them to deal with, but they worked all day and late into the night determined that we would have hot water in our home the next day. I was very impressed with their service and will highly recommend their company to everyone.

Budget added drains and lines for our new basement bathroom, kitchen, and washer/dryer setup. They did an amazing job at a price that I couldn’t get close to anywhere else. I’m super happy with the job and professionalism

I had a leak form in a copper pipe coming out of my recirculation pump on my water heater and my normal plumber was out of town so I called Budget. They were really responsive and came within a few hours. The young technician tried hard but never ended up making the repair work. I had to leave before he finished and left my adult son home with him. The tech said the leak had stopped but when I checked a couple of hours later it was still dripping (Much better than the initial spray, I'll admit). Anyhow after letting them know that the issue persisted, I was still charged full price for the visit and will end up having to make another payment to my plumber for a full repair. To their credit they did offer to come back and try again, but I would prefer to have someone with more experience make the repair. Overall they were responsive and nice, their technician was just not very experienced and ended up not solving the issue.

Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.
