Tom and his crew did a great job replacing defective toilet seals (wax rings), toilet tank parts, leak detection (cutting open a wall) and installation of a new p-trap under the sink. I highly recommend Budget Plumbing. They are prompt, efficient, and leave all areas they’ve repaired very clean, with no trace that they’ve even been there. Tom is very fair with job prices, as well.

So happy with our service! Budget is our go to plumber and is always good work at the most fair price. They will also never try to suggest work that you don't *actually* need. When we have searched for pricing, they are consistently the most affordable, so we don't even call around anywhere now!

I’ve had a great experience with this plumber on multiple jobs. They’re quick to respond, always show up on time, and explain everything clearly. As far as customer service goes they were great very responsive, on time, very professional Unfortunately we got our leaking toilet repaired with them twice and both time the repair did not last and the toilet once again had started leaking Hopefully they work well for others

Called Budget to come out and fix a bathroom sink leak, they replaced a 4" pipe after a $ 238.50 charge we still have a leak and now a musty smell in our bathroom.. So on 6/28/24 we had them come out to install a new toilet and do some minimal wood repair to sturdy up new toilet. Recently noticed a leak around the bottom of the toilet. This toilet and wood repair was another $1095.00 so that's $1,333.50 so far and we still have the same issues. Living on SS@ $1589 a month we were really hoping we picked the right guys. We're very disappointed in Budget, sad part we really liked the guy that did the work, so now we have to go through all this again to get it fixed.. I'm pretty sure they don't offer a guarantee on their work.

We had old oak trees taken out and already had a flush out valve installed (by a different plumber)last year after a backup. We knew our 100 yr old clay sewer pipe to the street was on borrowed time. So I had already gotten a quote from Budget and 3 others. Not only was Budget $1,000 less than 2 of the others,Tom was the only one who wanted to go under the sidewalk. So when our system backed up right before bed , I called Budget. Naturally the the pipe was in horrible shape on the other side of the new flush out valve so everything was replaced, including the galvanized water pipe that runs along side the sewer pipe. With the extra work, I started stressing about cost and texting Tom. He was quick to reassure me we were in the original the parameters of the price he quoted. He's very calming and confident when your freaking out.I joke with friends how talking to him is like a reassuring hug...lol. He didn't raise the price for replacing an additional 8 ft. From past experiences, I know this is not normal with other plumbers.They will charge by the foot. So, everything is back to normal. We are very happy with Budget Plumbing, and plan to use them on our future projects. It's hard to find someone with such integrity. I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I recently found out that all the piping in my house had to be replaced and a new water heater installed. Budget Plumbings' estimate was over $5000 less than the other estimates I got, yet their work was superior. The crew arrived when they said they would, answered any questions I had and worked continuously so that I would not be without water in the 97 degree heat. I stress the temperature because it is a nightmare to work when it's that hot yet their performance was stellar. I had water by the end of the day!! The whole crew were professional yet very kind. I can honestly say I will never use any company but theirs. They Rock!! 9/5/2017 - I just sold my house and needed to repair some things per the contract. Called Budget Plumbing again and as always they didn't disappoint me. They repaired what could be repaired and replaced the garbage disposal. Not only was everything done correctly but they also were super reasonable. I'm on a fixed income and this company works with you to make everything affordable. If you want honest people who do great work at an affordable price Budget Plumbing is the company to use!!

Working with budget plumbing has been an incredibly positive experience, particularly since two occasions requesting them have been for plumbing surprises. Two years ago we were in desperate need of a new sewer line after having recently moved into our present house. After doing some research, we selected Budget from several other firms and were most impressed with their work. The expense for the line was much less than the other two companies quoted and they put back the yard in as nearly as good a shape as when they found it, and we have had no problems since that time. While having to dig a trench through our yard to the street, they were careful to save a number of flowering bushes in the process. They’ve also fixed several other minor problems at a very reasonable price, such as a leaky shower head to and toilet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for plumbing problems large or small!

We first called another company in Greenville and was quoted an outrageous price of $3200. They made it seem like we were getting a deal. We were going to have to have part of the sewage pipe replaced due to roots breaking through the pipe. Thinking that price was a little high, we called Budget Plumbing. Spoke with Tom and he couldn't have been any nicer. Told him our situation and he said he would go out that day and look and give us a call back with price. I about fell in the floor when he told us he could do the same job for $1650. He came out the following Monday and completed the job and cleaned up our yard very nicely. Tom is a very honest and dependable person and we really appreciate that. Other big name companies may try and seem to be fair and honest but that was only a front. If you have any plumbing issues, give Budget Plumbing a call. I promise you won't be disappointed!

My family and I were getting ready for work and school (showers, clothes being washed, etc.) and both of our bathrooms began to flood with water! I originally contacted a different plumbing company who advertise a lot around our area - they did some troubleshooting work for $1,700, then the next job was to dig a trench at the end of our yard which is what we hired Tom and his team for. And we are SO fortunate we did! Tom came out the same afternoon I called him. He informed me very clearly of the next steps - and that our sewer district will fix the issue, we just have to do some work so they can do so! Wow! This was such good news. They know their stuff and because of their experience and knowledge of the local sewer districts, we saved thousands! We'll be recommending them moving forward!

After calling for an estimate, Budget Plumbing came out to make a much needed repair today. As usual, Tom and Sean did an excellent job. Tom assessed the situation, explained what was required to make the repair and confirmed the estimated cost. He and Sean worked together, finished the job promptly, and everything looked great. They inspected the work, tested the system and as a courtesy, inspected the plumbing for a shower drain as well. The cost ended up being exactly as estimated over the phone and in person. No up-charges, no surprises. We have used Budget many times over the years. They do quality work, at a reasonable price, promptly. They also clean up behind themselves and leave things better than they found them. We couldn’t be more pleased to do business with Budget!

We had an amazing experience with Budget Plumbing! They truly went above and beyond helping us with a bathroom water leak that could have turned into a much bigger issue. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Budget plumbing is REAL PLUMBING. Not some "Service Company" that promises pretty uniforms and wants extra money just to do the job they're licensed to. I started using them in 2002, after a plumber came to my house for a service call and wanted $1300 just to dig in my front yard, on top of using their special camera and service call fee. They couldn't guarantee they could find it. I called Budget out and they found it by looking at the ground and digging a hole. (What an old fashioned concept! ) They discovered a drain pipe that hadn't been properly supported before being back-filled on. The total bill was: $250.00. Digging and all!!! Thank you Budget for KEEPING IT REAL!!!

We had Budget Plumbing come out this week to install 2 toilets, a dishwasher, and plumbing to our kitchen sink. The men took our toilets to a 2nd hand store without asking. They were our property. When we asked about it they apologized but the toilets were already gone . Again, not their property and should have asked before taking them away. In addition they used our paint brush to clean up the mess made in the upstairs bathroom as well as their service truck dripped oil on our brand new concrete driveway which caused it to stain.
