Rigo came out and took care of an urgent storm drain issue. He responded quickly, resolved the issue and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Budget Plumbing.

Rigo was a great help with our plumbing issue. He was able to solve a problem that another person couldn’t. He was very knowledgeable and open and honest about our options. His pricing was good, and his knowledge, service, and results created a great value. If I have another plumbing issue I will be calling him first.

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. Rigo was very quick and efficient. Called him and he showed up 2 hours later with all the parts he needed. Very knowledgeable and explained the job well. Highly recommend him for situations like these.

So I didn’t get a chance to use their services because when I called, and they did answer right away which is nice, I was told just to come out to diagnose my issue it’s $185. Made it clear that fixing the small leak would be separate, the $185 was just for his time to come out. That to me is worth 1 star review since I found multiple other plumbers one who is coming out for free, to diagnose the issue and we go from there. But he was really nice and able to come quickly so hence 3 star. Friendliness was still 5 star, price is 1 star. I’d never pay almost $200 to cover what might take 5 min to diagnose an issue. Or perhaps you get the free diagnosis and then use him to do the actual repair once you know what the problem is. And if I get a ridiculous quote I still would reach back to them compare cuz again he was very nice and accommodating just I was shocked at diag fee so high.

I couldn't be happier! I have had three other plumbers at my house and none of them come close to the service I got from Budget Plumbing. Rigo is knowledgeable, skilled, professional, courteous, respectful, and friendly. He returned my calls quickly, was able to come to my house in a timely manner, and willing to stay past "quitting time." He worked efficiently and had all the tools and parts needed to get the job done. He was very willing to explain what he was doing while working. He replaced a gas water heater and was very capable dealing with the gas line as well as the water line. All around customer service experience the way it should be. Give him a try...you won't regret it.
