Excellent service; professional. New air conditioner installed and earlier this summer, a water heater was also installed. Great service team including the front office. Highly recommend this company!

Great experience with this team! They got back to me very quickly and got me scheduled just as fast. David, the plumber assigned to me, is incredibly knowledgeable and got my situation squared away (and while a pleasure to be around while doing it).

I called a plumber from wilsons out to my house because the hot water had a very restricted flow from t kitchen sink. An estimator came and told me the problem was the shutodff valve was broken and stuck shut. He suggested I replace both. I declined and requested a quote for just the broken valve. He went to his truck for around 30 minutes and came back with 3 quotes. None of them for just the one broken valve as i requested and the highest one was for 1200 dollars. I decide to both the hot and cold shutoff valves as he requested because "we will already have your water turned off" and "I might as well do both to save money " (turning off the water in my house requires turning a knob) . The tech came the next day. He replaced the shutoffs. Still no hot water. He agreed the problem was misdiagnosed. He suggested i fix it my self. So i paid 600 for 2 unnecessary repairs. Spent 2 days leaving massages for managers. No return call. So far they haven't taken any responsibility for the misdiagnosed job and basically stole 600 dollars from me. I wish i could give zero stars

Totally unethical company. My water heater was going out an I was tied up with work and didn't have time to price check. They over charged me 4-5 times the normal price from other companies. Never use this company.

Had a whole house Generac generator installed 5 days ago. Installers are friendly and great to work with, however; Today is the first day it was scheduled to exercise itself for 5 minutes. After 1 minute, it shut down due to fuel pressure issue. Wilson does not have a technician available to come service it and I feel that a fuel issue, natural gas, should be a priority due to safety concerns. I paid $15,000 for a lawn ornament and do not have protection if the power goes out. I do not recommend Generac or Wilson.

Collin did an excellent job with diagnosing our leaking water heater tank and explaining our options for replacement. After choosing a new tank he was able to install it the same day. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work; the work area was neat and clean when he finished, and he explained everything that was replaced and how the controls on the new tank worked. He was pleasant, professional, and got right to work. Thank you Collin!

Truly a great experience. Had a wonderful conversation with David, who came out to my property. We discussed My immediate needs. Then he gave me additional advice on other questions I had about future products. No pressure selling tactics, or pushing things i didn't need which I've run into alot with various companies. Couldn't recommend the company enough.

Really wanted to love them. Everything was great, besides the fact they said they would replace all piping underneath our sink for the quote we got, and they replaced only a couple and refuse to make it right. Disappointed and feel ripped off. Honesty would have been nice but it seems they just wanted to tell us what we wanted to hear to sign off on it.

John was one of the best plumbers I've ever had! He was efficient and knowledgeable. He also explained everything clearly and effectively, so that we could choose the right plan for our household. I will absolutely be using Buddy's Plumbing Excellence again. Definitely a gem in our community.

Our toilet was leaking and David came out within 2 hours of me calling. Very honest and thorough with our options on repairing it. He also replaced a shower faucet. Will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you!!
