Had to have LOTS of plumbing work done recently and Bryant's Plumbing was FANTASTIC to work with. Bryant kept in close contact through it all, even through the hiccups that come with plumbing, and made me feel taken care of. Dawn was so awesome anytime I'd have to call in with questions and would make sure I got answers quickly. Chatting with Ricky, whom was at the house through most of the work, was like talking to a friend I hadn't seen in years. His cuts through our patio were super straight and the repair was spot on! Not enough room to write the novel of good that I'd like to say about this company. So, to sum it up, USE BRYANT'S PLUMBING! You'll not be disappointed.

Tree roots had caused a total sewer line blockage. Dusty and his helper came out to Clyde at 9:30 pm and got right to work. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thanks for prompt service and a job well done.

I can not say enough good things about this company! We use them at the Residence Inn as well as the courtyard Southwest and they are always willing to get out to us quickly and work so efficiently! Everything from call; their customer service, the plumbers and owners are fantastic! Highly recommend them! - Emaan

This review is solely about your female dispatcher at 12:25am on 9/27/25. We called for an emergency help and the lady was very rude, can't provide an ETA, gave me a condescending tone when I asked for ETA, did not inform us to expect a call from the plumber himself. We receive a call from an unknown phone number but did not identify himself as someone from this business so we assumed he's from another company we called. We waited for over an hour until 1:45am only to learn that the plumber we've been waiting for was that unknown caller. This caused us to waste time and lose more sleep than necessary, just because the lady dispatcher failed to communicate proper expectation, and did not coordinate the dispatch well, on top of being rude. The plumber was nice, the dispatcher was not.

Had a boy named Jamie come look for a gas leak. Pulled siding off our business and wanted to tear apart all the ac duct work we just paid for 3 weeks ago. Dude didn’t want to crawl under building is why he wanted to tear everything apart. Disrespectful punk was intimidated or maybe that time of month but he thought we were going to pay him over time for staying late on a Friday night. Lazy dude for real nothing else to say.

I contacted Bryant's Plumbing wanting a bid on a fixer upper project and I trusted Bryant because I grew up with him. He convinced me I'd be better off letting his guys work hourly, rather than getting a bid, and he told me the work should take 2-3 days. Trusting they'd get the job done in a timely manner proved to be a huge mistake. I received the invoice and was totally shocked to find he had invoiced me for 4 full days. His guys also left a huge mess. Rotted cast iron was left in the front yard, the clean out was uncapped and they didn't bury it, the tub was filled with disgusting wet insulation, and the hot water heater that had a leak was left behind. I immediately contacted Bryant to express my concern over the price and we just went round and round in circles over the phone. At the end of our conversation, I asked him why his guys had left such a mess to which he replied that they weren't done yet. So in other words, he was going to have his guys go back out and bill me for a 5th day. Wow! Seriously, if you're going to give someone an estimate on time, you should at the very least be in the ballpark, if you call yourself a professional. Also you need to communicate when you are taking longer than quoted and the customer is being billed by the hour. Plus why are you sending me an invoice before the work is done? Doesn't make sense. I believe if I hadn't called him out, he would have taken my money and left me with that mess. Claiming to provide quality workmanship...please, spare me. Check the pics. Does this look like quality work to you?

TLDR: Generally positive experience and I would recommend them for plumbing based on our water heater replacement. Bryant plumbing replied to my inquiry quickly and had me scheduled quickly, too, for replacing a 17 year old water heater. Mike gave me a text heads up the day of service so I knew when to expect Ryker and Jace that morning. They showed up when expected and got straight to work evaluating the water heater set up and making a game plan. The project did take longer than the scheduling person had suggested (est 3hrs, took 7) but they had more work to do than a simple swap to bring the water heater area up to code. The team was courteous during the day and tried to keep me up to speed if they had to make changes, get parts, etc. Overall a pretty positive experience, though I was put off when, after my husband arrived home from work, they began directing communication, payment, etc to him despite me having set up, been present for, and making payment on the job. The job totaled about 1,300 for install on a 40gal gas water heater (I had water heater and drain pan purchased and on site already), which wasn't unexpected based on other quotes I've received and the work needed. I would recommend them to others for service, with the request that they be mindful of my note above regarding with whom they direct communication on a job. Thank you for helping replace our water heater, we are glad to have hot water again :)

Plumbing is my least favorite thing to work on, because it seems to always be unexpected, at the worst time, and it demands your immediate attention (and we won’t talk about things snowballing when we try to tackle things ourselves because I didn’t even try that this time). I am so thankful that we have Bryant’s Plumbing to call on in those moments. Yesterday, I walked into our kitchen and noticed water all over the floor. A valve under the kitchen sink had literally just broken off (hard water of Abilene is so much fun). Water was spewing everywhere! Once I got the main line off, my first call was to Bryant’s because we had used them once before. Brandi (I hope I spelled that right) was so patient, kind, and helpful in assuring me they will take care of me. Mike gave me a heads up when he and Jace were on the way. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They truly seem to care about taking care of their customers, although, they didn’t make me feel like a customer. They made feel like I mattered more than just money coming into a company and I greatly appreciate that. We have some bathroom upgrades we plan to do in this older home at some point and they will be my go to when I start scheduling that job. If you have any plumbing needs, don’t hesitate to give them a call. You’ll be thankful you did. I know I am.

I have used Bryant's Plumbing for multiple jobs in the past and just in the last week have used them for two separate jobs. The first was planned and Dusty and his team did a great job getting all the pipes/valve redone on this old house for the shower. The second was not planned. I thought I could just replace the sink faucet on my own but after the valve breaking off (why were part of the old valves made of plastic??),, replacing the whole valve proved to be harder than it looked. I guess after that many years, it just becomes one with the pipe. Anyway, Gary and Mark called ahead of time and Gary tackled not just the stubborn valve, but replaced both and installed new lines and went ahead and put the new faucet in. The old faucet tried to give him a hard time (which it would have been for me) but Gary made it look easy being the season veteran that he is. He and Mark were in and out in under an hour. This makes 3 different groups that I have had at my house in the last 11 months and all 6 employees have been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The owner already knows he has a great team, but now you do, too. If you have plumbing needs, call Bryant's Plumbing. Don't think, just call.

We highly recommend Bryant's plumbing. We have used them previously and been very pleased with their work. Two Sundays ago, we woke to water leaking from under our kitchen cabinets. Despite the fact that it was an after-hours call, Mike from Bryant's arrived quickly and successfully located and repaired the leak. That same week our dishwasher went out and once again Bryant's and Mike came to the rescue. Over this past two years, they have also repaired leaks and installed new faucets in both our kitchen and bathroom. The work is always excellent and done in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost. They make sure the work is done right the first time and that the repairs will last. The thing that impresses us about Bryant's is not only their good work, but their amazing customer service. Even on weekend calls, Mike has been pleasant and friendly and professional and takes the time to do the repair right. Thank you, Mike and Bryant's, for being a plumber we trust and rely on!

I called Bryant's Plumbing to fix my hot water heater mess. Rachel answered the phone and on every call was and is very nice, polite and professional with a great sense of humor. She first sent over Dusty and Chad, Dusty is a super positive person and was great at explaining what I needed to do and what was wrong. Chad was a very nice person who answered questions easily and was very upbeat. The next visit, Gary and Dalton showed, again I had two very nice, down to earth and kind people, who explained the process and let me watch them work (the patience of these people is amazing lol!), while watching the process, I was impressed with Gary's thoroughness. These individuals are hard working guys who are willing to explain why they need to do what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone. A good company that helped me out expediently and cheerfully. I appreciate it all very much - thanks guys and Rachel!! Recommended for great service, great quality and even better value!

I will definitely use Bryant Plumbing again in the future. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and thorough, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Gary and Jace came that same day and I had a pretty big plumbing issue, but they stayed all afternoon and got it done. Gary was exceptionally polite and communicated well, making sure I understood the problem and what he was doing to fix it. He clearly has tons of experience and I felt confident in his work. It seemed like he really cared about doing excellent work and was personally invested in making sure my family was taken care of. I was grateful they could get the work done right away. They seem trustworthy and honest. Dusty and his apprentice came out for a follow-up today and was just as friendly, professional, and helpful. I recommend Bryant Plumbing and am particularly impressed with their communication and prompt service.

Jamie and Robert were absolutely quick and professional! They were in and out and gave me a great explanation of how to prevent having the same issue in the future in addition to generously advising me on a separate plumbing issue! They also honor military discount (10%) Thank you Jaime and Robert! Definitely will be using them again. Highly recommend. Edit: 5Oct23 Dusty and Chris came to install an under the sink reverse osmosis system for us and they were super great about having a curious 6 year old asking lots of questions. Professionalism around children, that is important to me. No cursing, no signs of being annoyed. much respect for these two technicians. Thank you guys for being awesome. Oh and they do military discount: 10%. Big plus! Highly recommend…for the second time now!

Had a septic issue and needed a plumber in a hurry on a Friday afternoon. Called several and most of my calls were answered by an answering service that had to contact a "tech" who would return my call and most of them had a "fee" ($425.00) to come out after 5 to diagnose and then charge an exhorbitant hourly rate on top of that. Finally called Bryant Plumbing and they answer their own phone - no fee for coming out after hours and charged a reasonable hourly rate. We wound up having a pretty significant issue that couldn't be repaired completely immediately but they got us going with a temp fix & came back later to dig up line & repair. They plumbers were professional & polite so I had them do some smaller repairs inside. Great people!!!
