Brummett's Plumbing

After my last plumber canceled on me Brummett’s was quick to help me replace my water heater and install my water lines to my refrigerator and dishwasher! They were so easy to work with and very nice! Will definitely call them next time I need help.

Purchased a home in Muncie that they had done previous work on a few years prior.. I called to get any information on the work/parts they had used as there is now an issue with an outdoor faucett AND I was planning on a bathroom remodel. The girl who answered wouldn't even take my name or the address of the house. She literally said she didn't have time , and they don't keep records like that anyway. Very very very rude. Taking bids for my new bathroom currently.

Called on a Monday morning to ask for an estimate on some residential plumbing tasks at my home. The call was taken by a lady whose patience was at a stress point. She got into an argument with me regarding the replacement of hose bibs. She was not interested in listening...only talking over me telling me why they could not do any type of work like that. I then apologized to this person for bothering them with possible work and promised I would not bother them again. I highly suggest you do the same.

We needed someone in a pinch to get our well treated and a riser pipe installed to be able to sell our house. We called Brummets and he sent guys out there to try and locate the well which they finally did after 3 weeks of digging 5+ holes in our yard and destroying it. Also our realtor had to threaten them twice just to get them to come back and get the job done. The riser pipe wasn't even installed straight because they (eyeballed it). When all was said and done, even with a $2,500 "discount" he still charged us $1,800 OVER any other any other reputable local plumber's HIGHEST quote. Our fault I guess for not getting a quote to begin with from a family friend. When all was said and done he was demanding payment 2 days after the job was finished.

First off they couldn't find my house. After finally showing up. They tracked mud throughout the house. They did unclog the sink but at only lasted 3 weeks. When I called them about their "warranty ". Sinks of all things aren't covered. Big surprise.
