“This company replaced a hot water heater in a townhouse I’m renting when I wasn’t home. An item was taken from my house. They also left the area very dirty. Insulation all in the floor and the bathroom dirty from pouring water in it I guess. Contacted the owner and he told me he stands behind the work his people do. I would avoid this company unless you like your things taken and a mess left for you to clean up.”

“A few days after the winter snow storm, our outdoor tankless water heater set codes and would not work. Brittingham came out quickly, in heavy rain, to reset it. That worked for a few days but it finally totally failed due to a fan. They immediately came out with a new fan and fixed it. They did not charge much for the second visit. Thank you for the quick service and fair price!”
