Brittingham Plumbing was very helpful with repairs needed to clear a sewer line at my home. I would recommend their services for your plumbing issues.
A few days after the winter snow storm, our outdoor tankless water heater set codes and would not work. Brittingham came out quickly, in heavy rain, to reset it. That worked for a few days but it finally totally failed due to a fan. They immediately came out with a new fan and fixed it. They did not charge much for the second visit. Thank you for the quick service and fair price!
Rapid response to main waterline leak just outside my foundation. Courteous and professional! Very reasonably priced! Will use them again.
This company replaced a hot water heater in a townhouse I’m renting when I wasn’t home. An item was taken from my house. They also left the area very dirty. Insulation all in the floor and the bathroom dirty from pouring water in it I guess. Contacted the owner and he told me he stands behind the work his people do. I would avoid this company unless you like your things taken and a mess left for you to clean up.
Pros: Replied quickly via text and offered to come the same day. Short waiting time for them to come out. Cons: did not fix the problem, not transparent/honest about their prices/policies regarding fees (eg, the price they were charging me for just coming out to the house same-day was $150 (they explained it cost more because they charge “time and a half” on the weekend), I opted for a weekday expecting a lower price, but they charged me $145 and did NOT fix the problem). I was not given a call with their findings. The lady answering the phone was not very helpful, either. Overall: I recommended trying a different company.
