All of the staff and technicians at Brisc are well-informed, responsive and patient. I appreciate the in-depth description of problems and potential solutions. The monthly subscription plan also offers peace of mind! I have used Brisc for several issues and have not been disappointed.
I placed a call to Brisc Plumbing at 9:00 am. I was told someone would be at our house in 3-4 hours. Jonah and his partner showed up at 10:00 am. Excellent service and our problem was fixed promptly. Jonah and his partner were friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. I highly recommend Brisc Plumbing.
Prompt and reasonably priced! Had our basement floor drain cleared in less than an hour! We love the fact they are local and would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommend Brisc Plumbing.
Called Brisc when the water main to my mobile home froze. Called on a Saturday and they got me in Monday morning. They had everything working in under an hour and half, Jonah and his partner were very pleasant and did a great job explaining what was going on, how things worked, and what needed to be done. Would absolutely recommend, and my cat Takeshi loved them, so pet approved as well.
Brisc and their team were wonderful to work with. We had an issue with our hot water heater. The response was quick and the repair was completed quickly as well. A weekend repair made easy. The techs we worked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very courteous and respectful of our home. I will recommend Brisc to friends and family and use them again if any issues arise.
