This company is highly recommended! The technician, Jordan, was awesome! He was very professional and went above and beyond to repair my A/C last month. He was prompt, sized my air filter for me (not a typical size), cleaned out my inside and outside units, and made sure to even check in later on to make sure nothing else went wrong! I’ve never received such excellent service from a company not just trying to upsell for profit. I will definitely be using them again and asking for Jordan!

The service was not there. I felt like they did not respect me or my home and I really wish I would’ve supported another business instead.

Replumbed my property and forgot to drop one of the lines to the outside water line no call back to come out and repair and fix it I would not ever use them again

So I panicked when I first saw the water on my floor, I didn’t know what to do or where it was coming from so I turn off the water going to the toilet and hoped it would stop the next morning. It was clear that it had gotten worse and the plumber was needed the first few guys that came out I kid you not we’re literally scam artists they were explaining to me all kinds of things talking about how I need to replace all the plumbing in my and it’s going to cost thousands tens of thousands because of a two-story home. Finally I decided to get a third opinion before going with one of those estimates and luckily I did you think that with a name like experts they really be, but they are!!! Trust of these guys they will not charge you. They immediately showed up and explained how the previous diagnosis was anything, but a professional they explained how with this other company they were able to use leak detection to find it. It took several days in the water was turned off the entire time, which was only a minor inconvenience but luckily it was only one line for the hot water, but once they were able to detect it, they were back the previous day and were able to repair it both going through the foundation, digging up the pinhole leak and replacing it with a new copper line, and then even re-pouring the concrete some of the people that were planning on tearing apart my bathroom where the leak wasn’t even wouldn’t even pour the concrete again I’m telling you get other opinions. There are just terrible people out there that will scam you. Luckily this company isn’t one of them if you’re looking for a plumber, you found them!

I would like to say Vidal ( i thought he said fidal.. but the office said ) was fantastic. Situation. My appartment complex failed to inform of any hvac cleaning. So when my cameras picked up a unknown man in my appartment.. well I was not nice at first at all... He handled the situation perfectly. He was extremely professional. Extremely rare that I reach out to a company to praise. Well I did for him. He covered his shoes with booties cleaned even the light switch he touched.. The booty shoe covers are a Huge positive for me as in my culture no shoes are worn inside the home..... If my complex does this poop again. I hope he is the one that comes. Future more if I was still in the hvac field I would steal and hire him in a heart beat. He explained everything correctly. Did the maintenance on the system correctly. He is very professional. This guy needs a high 5 from the office staff.

They sent out unlicensed untrained installers to my home. They only came back out one time and did nothing to fix the problem and had an attitude about. So I hired a known licensed AC company reputable to come out and second opinion.I was told it was one of the worst flex hose installation jobs he has ever seen. I have leaks at every connection leading into the box the connections everything I have more AC in my attic than I do in my house. So I most likely got ripped off$2850 and they got mad at me because I put a stop payment to the second half of the check and told me that there's going to be an extra charge to me. So I'm going to have to have it all ripped back out again and I most likely lost my $2,850 unless they refunded to me quietly or I take him to small claims court and the better Business bureau.

Don’t look anywhere else, this is who you need to call! Rocco and this company have been my saving grace. I own a rental property in Clearwater that is across the country from where I personally live. With owning an old house unfortunately comes with a lot of last minute emergency plumbing issues. They have always been there when I needed them morning or night and solved any issue thrown their way at a very fair price. I can sleep at night knowing that B&B Professional Plumbing is in my corner and will never take advantage of my situation.

Update: Has always been a good plumbing company, their staff is communicative & they’ve helped with both my personal residence in temple terrace when we repiped the house as well as a commercial plumbing project in Riverview involving replacing toilets & sinks - 5 stars for fka B&B now Brighter Home Services. I've since used them to repair my air conditioning system and they were very professional in their work. Pricing was clear, I approved the work after they diagnosed the problem and they were on site (and fixed the problem) same day.

So my AC was not working and I was sweating my buttocks off. It was a miracle I found this place cuz the last place I tried was HORRIBLE and I have ptsd from a previous AC repair man so I was really nervous about this. They sent over the KINDEST most respectable young man I have ever met his name was Jordan I believe. He got right to the job and fixed the problem within a few minutes I was blown away I thought it would take all day. Thank goodness for Jordan my faith in AC repair men has been restored.

Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!

Run !!!!one of the worst plumbing company i ever hired.Two hrs one person charged me over 1500$ for electric snake and flinch repair then on the end charged me extra 200$ cleaning fee with service man unprofessional ,rude with attitude.They going to charge You arm and leg .Try to find anyone else in Tampa this company going to rob You

Updated review: Brighter Home Services has been helping me with my plumbing issues (and since has serviced my air conditioning unit) and continues to provide good service quickly. They also recently helped my neighbor change out his water heater and he told me they were very quick, and clean. Recommended

A tough task, however Rocco, Theo, Mike & Sean showed why they're the best in the business. Challenge after challenge reared up on this job, but the B&B crew was steadfast, solution-seeking, on-time and armed with experience and the tools needed. Pros from top to bottom --- Grateful!
