First-time customers. I was very pleased with the service. Mitch has a great sense of humor and is always available to answer questions. He provided a quick quote for a replacement shower valve. After ordering the part, he came quickly to repair it. He was quick, thorough, no-nonsense, and very professional. His prices are reasonable and cheaper than most of the places I contacted. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

My gas fireplace didn't work around Thanksgiving, and the well-rated local service providers I contacted first offered appointments in 2024. I gave up after a few attempts, but then called CPHC. I was thrilled to find that my appointment had been scheduled for the same day as my call. My technicians were punctual, courteous, friendly, professional, personable, & highly skilled. I would highly recommend giving them call if you're considering it! !

I hired Drain And Water by Trench Free. Thomas and Axel corrected some drain piping plumbing in my home and I was very pleased with their service. Willem & Jason were very knowledgeable, and they showed me a lot of kindness when there was an emergency in my kitchen. They were patient as I handled insurance calls, and flexible with the service that needed to be performed today. They took care of my home and did a great job. When I need a new water heater, I will definitely call them. Great experience during a very difficult time.
