Great workmanship , very responsive and professional. Micheal Fry was awesome and answered all questions I had. Called for replacement water heater about 845 am they showed up in less than an hour. We definitely will use Brian’s Plumbing for future needs. Thank you Micheal!

After going back and forth with the manufacturer about a fairly new water heater that failed, Brian’s Plumbing came out quickly and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Even though the manufacturer made the process difficult, the home office handled everything professionally and worked with Brian to resolve the issue fast. Anthony and his partner Barry were very kind and efficient. They removed the old water heater, installed the new one quickly, and left no mess behind. Hot water is working again, and I’m very happy with the results. I also appreciate the fact they have a 24-hour service. I’ll definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I needed a shower drain repaired. Brian’s plumbing was out same day and repaired my drain and P trap. . I will definitely be using them in the future. Professional and friendly and let me know what was going on . Fast service is a plus !!! Plus they had to make a trip to get supplies , but were back in a flash seeing I Live at lake arrowhead, paying by the Hr matters and they never wasted a min they did there job and was on to the next adventure.

First off, I must say that the plumber and helper who performed the repair were professional, polite, and well-mannered. They ensured that the entire job was done correctly without damaging or breaking any other part of the house. On the other hand, Bryan’s Plumbing could use improvement in the booking department. My main concern refers to the lady responsible for setting up the appointments. Unfortunately, her communication skills and follow-up with customers are nearly abysmal (from my experience). After setting up the date and time, she failed to inform me about delays, which ultimately led to the appointment being postponed to a later date. I only found out about the cancellation after reaching out to her myself, which caused me to lose a day of work for no reason. I find that she is the weak link in the firm, and where improvement should be focused. I want to extend my thanks to the technician who did an excellent job repairing what needed to be done. However, I strongly suggest that the person in charge of booking appointments improve her communication skills and follow up with customers.

Brian's plumbing always is there to save the day!! Today Anthony and Barry unplugged my kitchen sink and pipes that clearly had not seen a flushing for years!! Also gave me water pressure out of my faucet that didn't exist since I moved in here 4 years ago!! They were quick and efficient and took extra care to contain any mess that could of resulted in the work they had to do. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient!
