Patrick was able to arrive hours before the scheduled time. He was very friendly and he worked efficiently. He even made our dog comfortable with his presence(and Kaz doesn’t usually like service workers) Pricing was fair for the materials used.

I have attached some photos of the damage Brian B Quick caused at my house, they were out to simply replace the faucet in the bathtub. They cracked the tile in the bathtub AND installed it incorrectly leading to it flooding the closet, kitchen, and basement. Would give a 0 star as I’m still dealing with getting things fixed and the refuse to answer my calls.

UPDATE: APRIL 2, 2026 It has now been over four weeks since I posted this review. While the company was quick to reply publicly, no one from management has contacted me to actually address the issue. This makes it clear they care more about their public image than resolving problems for customers. At this point I will be escalating the matter further, something I originally hoped to avoid. I strongly recommend not hiring this company. If you doubt this review, try calling and asking to speak with a supervisor or someone in management. No one will be available, and you won’t be given a direct number or email to reach them I hired this company to unclog my shower drain, and the technician ended up breaking my pipe during the process. We didn’t discover it immediately because the pipe is outside, but found significant water leaking caused by the damage. They did come back and repair the pipe, but they initially tried to charge me $200 for the very pipe they broke. They have also refused to take responsibility for the water damage their technician caused. I’ve tried repeatedly for over a week to speak with a supervisor or manager and have gotten nowhere. Overpriced, poor workmanship, and no accountability. Homeowners should be cautious.

I can’t even begin to describe the peace of mind I have with Brian B Quick. The entire team puts you at ease no matter who comes to your house. We had a major plumbing issue that affected the plumbing in our entire home caused by a renovation contractor. I called and after some back and forth they knew exactly how to remedy the situation. I don’t think there is a plumbing situation they haven’t seen. They even had some recommendations that we’ll ensure are cared for in the rest of our renovation. Or we’ll have them come back out to assist. And for every homeowner out there please always know where your main shut off is as well as exactly HOW to turn the water back on properly. Especially when you’re on a well. It matters and we found out the hard way. Thank you again Brian B Quick team for always having our backs. We are so lucky to have a team so qualified in our corner.

I had the Brian be quick out a few days ago to check out my disposal and a backing up issue into the kitchen sink from the dishwasher (very impressed with their professionalism, expertise in plumbing issues, excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them for future work). James gave me a few different estimates. Ultimately, the disposal needs to be replaced and because the dishwasher has been causing a backup he suggests snaking the line as well to ensure oil, food etc is cleaned out properly. James was back out within a few days and was able to get everything up and running smoothly again. He is phenomenal at what he does. Very knowledgeable and beyond polite and helpful. He was able to answer my questions about a few other unrelated issues in the house. I will definitely be giving him a call when I need any assistance for plumbing.

Pierre was outstanding from start to finish. We needed to connect a drain pipe to our hot water heater to meet DC code for a rental license, and he was the first plumber who didn’t dismiss the job as impossible or try to upsell us on an expensive $9K floor drain that could have caused sewage backup issues. Instead, Pierre took a thoughtful and creative approach, finding a practical, cost-effective solution that brought us into compliance. He truly went above and beyond in both the quality of his work and his attention to detail. On top of that, his customer service was excellent—he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. As a bonus, he was also very comfortable working in a home with a dog, which made the whole process even smoother. Highly recommend!

I had Brian B. Quick Plumbing come out to inspect my garage disposal after another company, sent by my condo management company, suggested it needed to be replaced. They had originally been sent to address a drain line issue, but claimed the disposal was also the problem. James thoroughly inspected the disposal and informed me that it was actually in proper working order. The real issue was with the drain line was still clogged, which was a huge relief. I was concerned about having to pay several hundred dollars to replace the disposal, so I'm grateful for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend Brian B. Quick Plumbing for their thorough and trustworthy service!

My husband called Brian B. Quick plumbing after being disappointed by Handyman Plumbing. Dion was the plumber that arrived at my home, my husband explained to Dion that we were having water back up into our kitchen sink after washing clothes. Dion checked the pipes in the kitchen he checked the main line and all the bathrooms, he diagnosed our problem and went right in. He was informative, he worked clean , he brought his own equipment and he was polite. I give Dion and Brian B.Quick 100 stars ⭐️. I have another project that I will be using them for. Thank You Dion for giving my back my kitchen and my laundry room.Awesome service and I will use them again. Very pleased!!

I called them on a Friday morning for a shower head leak which turned out to be a faucet drip and they were able to have someone here the next day. They lady Kaitlyn was very nice when setting up the appointment and worked with me on scheduling. The gentleman that they sent out was named Dion. He was very nice, professional, friendly, here when they said he would be, explained all my options and very respectful. He must have been in customer service for a long while because he explained everything in simple terms. He did a great job and I am very happy with my new faucet and shower head. No More Drip! I had a supply line break on a weekend, which is the worst time you could need repairs. The company responded quickly and dispatched a plumber within 3 hours. The plumber arrived promptly, was shown the issue, and provided me a quote within minutes. After a few signatures, the plumber began their work; my issue was resolved not 10 minutes after that. During the visit the plumber was respectful, professional, and quick. If I could give more stars I would. Great pricing, great response time, and wonderful customer service. I will be a returning customer.

Earlier in the day, I had an experienced plumber who was able to troubleshoot and propose a less invasive solution, however he was not able to work on it till next week. So I hired BBQ as they were ready to work that same day. They were a bit pricey. And they sent a junior plumber to repair leaking shower. The troubleshooting was very invasive and costly. And turns out, he did not install it correctly, so we are going back to the original plumber. For what its worth, the plumber BBQ sent was super nice, professional, and timely.

Excellent service. Pierre was not only very knowledgeable but he was also very friendly, took time to explain the problem and possible solutions and expertly finished the job. Further more, the P-trap screw broke while he was re-installing it and he pleasantly went to Home Depot to get a replacement. I would also like to add that my plumbing problem happened on a Sunday but Brian B. Quick was able to get me someone in a few hours. This is my first time using Brian B quick but I will surely use them again. I highly recommend Pierre.

Was hoping to use this plumber for all of our on-going plumbing needs but I felt like they took advantage of time/cost. We requested a change of a faucet. He showed up and didn't have the parts and came back the next day. From what we were told the faucet cost around $80.. Took the plumber no more than 30 minutes to change and leave. $530 later.. the job was done. I have called THREE times and left three messages to get an explanation of the bill and yet to receive a call back. Will not use again.
