I'm very happy with the service Brenneco provided to review the cleanout of a sewer line in West Lafayette, and to provide recommendations for a solution. The technician who we met (Mike) was very friendly, knowledgeable of what he was seeing, and thorough in his recommended solution. Very prompt, friendly, showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, and had the quote generated within minutes of getting back in his vehicle. I definitely recommend Brenneco!
Max and Mike removed my old water heater and installed a new tank less water heater. They did a good job and were friendly and professional. While I think it was still a little pricey, it was still cheaper than Anderson heating and air conditioning.
Our experience with Brenneco began when they were recommended to us by a heating and cooling company in Lafayette that we have been doing business with for over twelve years. When I called to discuss the work we needed to be done, Becky was very helpful and gave us more confidence in our decision to use Brenneco for our plumbing needs. She even matched us with the employee she felt would be most suitable to work with us. When Mike Winger came out to do the work he was professional, courteous and did the work flawlessly. He even fixed some of the original plumbing under our kitchen sink that we were not aware had been installed incorrectly. We would have Mike back to do any future repairs we might need. Brenneco’s rates were very competitive and the final charges were as quoted. No surprises. Brenneco is a 10!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Brenneco for several years, but my recent experience was highly disappointing. Misguided and Poor Follow-Up: After Brenneco's service, the remediation technician complained the water heater job was not done properly. I brought these concerns with Brenneco expecting them to hear me out and provide guidance. Instead, Becky asked me to share documentation and qualifications for the remediation technician—a misdirection that wasted my time and failed to address the actual issue. This approach felt dismissive and unhelpful. Decline in Service Standards: As a repeat customer, I expected the same high-quality service I received in the past. Unfortunately, this time, both technical work and customer support fell short of expectations. Inconsistent Discount Policy: As a returning customer, I was previously offered discounts on two occasions. However, I was recently informed that there is a "no-discount policy," which contradicts my past experiences. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their policies and service quality for future customers.
