Highly recommend Denis of Bravo Plumbing and Drain! He made the whole experience easy and smooth. From scheduling to the personal video letting me know he was on his way (arrived right on tome) to the digital quoting on the spot with the work done same day. I work from home and was busy on calls. He was quiet, professional and left no trace other than working toilets and new shower heads that work amazing. Very pleased and will have him back again for more projects.

Denis was great did very clean work for our bathroom remodel and identified and issue with our pressure regulator and got that all fixed up. His communication was great from the beginning. Highly reccomend will definitely be using him for any future plumbing issues.

Wow!! That is the best way to describe the quality of work that Dennis does. Dennis exceeded every expectation that I had. Our water heater burst and was leaking water everywhere. Dennis came out within an hour of my initial call. He gave me an ETA that was accurate down to the minute. He assessed the situation and was willing to replace it that day (even though it was a weekend). We opted to wait until Monday. He was extremely accommodating to our needs. I got a few quotes from other companies. Dennis had the lowest price and amazingly high quality of work. He even installed a drainage system under the water heater to protect our garage against future leaks. In other words, he did not just replace the water heater, he improved it. He made several other adjustments to ensure his work will last. An inspector from the city came out to check his work a few weeks after the replacement. The inspector was very impressed with the quality of work that Dennis offered. Beyond all of that, Dennis was kind enough to help us figure out a few other plumbing issues that we were having while he was out. He even offered to climb under our house and check some pipes for us. We intend to have him back very soon to help us upgrade a few things. To top all of this off, his water heater replacement comes with a 10 year warranty. And....most importantly, my two year old daughter though he was great. She says that Dennis the plumber is "her new favorite uncle". In other words, WOW! If your looking for a plumber, look no further. Dennis will take very good care of your plumbing needs.

Needed an auto gas shut-off valve for my gas line per insurance requirements. Dennis was quick to respond to my inquiry on yelp about my needs. He was also just as quick to go to my house to inspect my gas line to give me a proper estimate and diagnosis. He went above and beyond by overnighting a part needed for my gas shut-off install and kept me updated throughout the process via text. The final install was fast and clean. He walked me through the process of how he was going to install it and in the end, walked me through how to operate it. I had a pleasant first experience with Dennis, so I had him come back the next day to fix a mistake that was made from a previous plumber. He was on point with his diagnosis. Money well spent. Very professional and competitive pricing. Definitely calling Dennis back when I need my car wash system setup in my garage. One thing I do not like doing, is doing reviews. BUT...I am gladly doing one for Dennis. We'll deserved.

I received contact information for Denis from my neighbor. All he told me was that you can trust Denis he is Very professional. Denis responded right away, came over within few hrs. Instead of providing hefty quote- which is what others had done, he instead took a very different approach. He looked at the existing water pressure and tried to see if he could change the pressure on the regulator and if that itself fixes the issue. And it did. He then personally checked all the areas where I was experiencing the water pressure issue, he didn’t rush through my request. So Denis is trustworthy, professional and also – patient, knowledgeable and explains the issue and consequences, Denis is my go to person for anything plumbing related and I am recommending Denis to everyone in my community and friend circle. I had contracted Dennis to install a water service main for a newly built ADU. The project involved excavation, laying the main water pipe with tracer wire for service connection, connecting the pipe at the meter, installing a water pressure regulator, installing an irrigation branch tee, Installing a hose bib valve and connecting the pipe to the main service inlet pipe of the ADU structure. Dennis performed the contracted scope with professionalism. He showed up when he said he would, got the job done within the promised timeframe, and left the project, clean and tidied up. It is worth noting passing the inspection was a breeze. The inspector noted that the trench had been dug deeper than the bare minimum requirement and everything had been done to code. If you’re looking for a plumber, he would be someone I highly recommend.

I can’t begin to express how impressed my husband and I are by Bravo Plumbing and Drain. You know that feeling of dread when you have to call a contractor and you’re afraid of being taken advantage of because you don’t have any expertise yourself? Well, if you call Denis, the owner of Bravo, you will have worried for nothing. Denis has the uncanny ability to be extremely honest, professional, patient, and warm all at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend Denis from Bravo Plumbing!!! He provided a quote for an automatic water shutoff valve about 6 weeks before we were ready to move forward with the project and surprisingly Denis didn’t charge more money, and we told him the pipe was smaller than what it actually was so we felt horrible. Denis was the consummate professional that I wish more people were like, he showed up on time, communicated very well and patient with us, clean cut, had some hiccups but he pushed right through with a smile still on his face. I’m grateful that I don’t ever have to shop around for a plumber again. I am a very over cautious person and especially when it comes to home improvement services. One thing people are worried about is overpaying for the service. When I received a text from Dennis I really appreciated receiving a video of this young cute eager trustworthy man. He came over gave us a true estimate and a wonderful explanation of the plumbing issue. The issue was we had roots in our pipes, and we had to replace the pipes. We already knew this was the issue, and it was going to be expensive. While he was on the job he was very respectful and took pictures of his progress and texted it to me. I was very impressed. Overall I was very impressed with this young man's work and if I have any more issues I would definitely call him again. Great work Dennis!

We have special circumstances; a preexisting waste line Ejection pump. Denis was interviewed and asked to inspect our waste lines & ejection pump, etc. to verify it was properly installed and would meet code standards. (Previously installed 5 years ago = after-the-fact permit to be issued ). Bravo Plumbing came to our aid, when a dozen other plumbers said, "Sorry, we don't typically work on or address ejection pump needs" We highly recommend Bravo Plumbing and we will be using Bravo Plumbing as our first choice plumber in the future.

Denis impressed me from start to finish! He took my call, came out the same day, texted politely asking if he could arrive 5-10 mins early, and even wore shoe booties inside my house. All of these little things really count! But even more outstanding was his diagnostic and communication skills. My tankless hot water heater was not working. I had a prior plumber come several times and try different things to fix it. But my water heater remained broken despite all this time and money given to the prior plumber. But Denis figured it out immediately and fixed the issue. No hassle. No multiple attempts. BAM! Hot water 😄 Denis is THE best plumber. Don’t waste your time with other plumbers, like I did.

I have had the pleasure of working with Denis several times over the past year. I have two rental homes in Roseville and he has saved the day on both small projects needing urgent work and large projects that needed careful planning. He’s fixed sluggish drains, replaced leaky faucets in bathrooms, fixed exterior piping that had water pooling on the ground, and even opened up the slab flooring for replacement of old pipes.
